Both are what human beings recognize as some sort of value. In a truly survivalist world tuna cans would truly be the currency. Currency is only something of worth. Something of trade etc..

I guess you can sort of eat gold, but darn, you can't eat Bitcoin pretty much for sure. Maybe some AI in the metaverse will let you taste it, but it's more fake than gold.

So infinite is for the creator of the Universe. Human beings and even the machinations of AI will fail to expose the Infinite.
