Greetings, reading your content, I would like to win that cap, but right now I can only walk to the Hive fest and I live in Colombia, I think it is too far away, it will be for another opportunity. You can start the participation anytime after the post gets created. Does not need to be on the HPUD ... What needs to happen on the HPUD for you to be eligible is the minimum 10 HIVE power up.
Hope this helps, if any was unclear.
