Currently the Hive Token is trying to hold the 10 cent line. I traded most my Hive for HBD and have it sitting in my account. If Hive dips further I'll trade it back. If not I would have to be content with holding HBD. Not the most horrible thing. I very much would like to see Hive go on an upwards rally regardless of what is best for my small but not totally insignificant HBD stack. The last time the Hive Token spiked I traded some of my LEO for SURGE. Since LEO trading pair is the SWAP.HIVE token when Hive USD goes on a rally it usually means the LEO token USD worth also increases. This provided me some opportunity to increase my SURGE stack using some of my LEO Tokens. SURGE is an Inleo community token that provides weekly yield. Its sustainability is backed by the LEO token itself. A bit riskier than holding HBD but that is true for investing in any new token. Sometimes we just got to take those punts. SWAP.HIVE / LEO/ SURGE and many other tokens can all be traded on Tribaldex (Powered by Hive-Engine). For those who might not know; One SWAP.HIVE is equal to One Hive Token. When you deposit the Hive Token into TribalDex you get SWAP.HIVE in return. When you withdraw you get the Hive Token returned to you.

I been trying my hand at Foundation ranked play. I have plans to max the set; very likely to be gold. I haven't fully went on that venture yet but I have been playing SPL ranked play just about daily ever since I decided to take up the Foundation journey. The competition is tough and leveling cards is a must if you want to be competitive. I managed to hit a Black Foil card in one of the Foundation draws and that was exciting. I got some things on my to do list and going all out on Foundation is near the top. I just need to wrap up some lingering experiments such as my Reddit experiment where I was attempting to find out conversion rate from Reddit views to Hive views. I got one last multi-step to complete. In-short I'm going to create a post > share it on Reddit > advertise the Reddit link in various places > compare Reddit views with Hive views. The second part to this last phase is I'm going to create a Hive Post and advertise that in the same manner as the first post with the exception of not sharing it to Reddit. All other advertising efforts will be identical. I will then compare all view counts to see what efforts yield the most views. This will be slightly time consuming as it requires time to allow views to accumulate. Both posts will be similar in nature but be stand-alone posts.

The GLX trade market on TribalDex is a trade market I kept a close eye on for weeks. I been tampering away from having my eyes glued to markets to make time for another venture I been attempting to get back into. We will go over that in our next paragraph. So for the first time in days I'm going to check how the GLX market responded to Hive's recent move above 10 cents. As we can see above in the screenshot. On the BUY side of the GLX trade market we have 30+ Hive being offered for the trade value of 0.001400 in exchange for the GLX Token. On the ASK side we can see some GLX on offer for 0.001700. There isn't allot at 0.001700 as the the ASK price will quickly jump to 0.001800 with under 7 Hive worth of sales. For those who might not know. GLX is the governance token for the sports gaming platform known as Genesis League Sports which host the game known as Genesis League Goals with other games planned to be added in the near future.

Poker Update: I played the 150K mystery bounty yesterday as indicated by my previous post titled Poker Update (It's Game Day). Lead up: I played a series of satellite tournaments to qualify to phase 1 of a 150K Mystery Bounty. I was luckily enough to finish as chip leader in phase 1 which gave me a top 20 stack in the final. Mystery Bounties are new to me and the play within them are not the standard play as in a regular formatted poker tournament. I did some research before the final day and took that knowledge with me. I'd like to report that I knocked it out of the park but unfortunately I did not. I did follow my strategy. I bullied the table with my stack. I KO'd a player early on for a $50 bounty and became tournament chip leader. It all feel apart quickly after that. I lost a race with my 10/10 to AK/ all in preflop which took a large portion of my chips. What seemed like a hand or two later I flop the nut flush draw and get it all in to lose to two pair.
My once dominating stack is now an average stack or just below. A player with 6 big blinds pushes all in and I try to isolate. Knocking someone out of this tournament gave a chance at $7,500 (and multiple other high value bounties). My isolation did not work and I find myself in a multi-way pot and am all but KO'd out of the tournament. Ironically if I didn't do the research on how to play mystery bounties I likely would have lasted allot longer. That being said. Early pay jumps in these type of tournaments are insignificant so calling all ins wider and going all in with a wider variety of hands is the +EV thing to do. I see huge potential here and can't wait to satellite my way into another one. I watched a stream of a poker pro who played the event. They were a top 5 stack when the tournament started. They had a deeper run than I did but collected 0 bounties which amounted to them cashing for $40. Going after KO's for those mystery bounties seems to be what one should be playing for. At least until the top bounties are found. Afterwords one should switch up their play to that of a standard tournament. On to the next!

playing mystery bounties is a gamble for the high value bounties but it also attracts a lot of gamblers. It is hard to win those top tier bounties and if you miss those, play goes back to regular old iCM. I much more like the progressive KO tournaments, but those require another type of strategy as well.
Markets up and down, poker chips in motion—this post had it all Holding the line at 10 cents isn’t easy, but your approach shows confidence and long-term thinking.
I also noticed that Hive is keeping itself at 10 cent and hopefully it will start to recover
!BBH
It is always a learning experience every tournament you have joined
Congratulations for finishing 16th place, Well done!
Its sad that Hive is hanging around $0.10. Hopefully you get some trading opportunities. Fun to see you back to some poker. Where do you play? Have you reviewed different poker sites in your posts?
