I guess much has been written about Hive, and in this bear market, when price of Hive is in a downtrend, you will find the users on both sides, those who are optimistic that the price will recover, and this is the phase that is part of the journey, but on the other side, there are the users who are utterly disappointed and are really bitter about how the DHF work and they (kind of) blame the current state of the Hive us due to lack of development and wastage of money by DHF on non necessary projects.
In all these discussion, I will say one thing that is certainly getting overlooked is Hive outposts, opportunity it provides to build the community and monetize it on top of the Hive infrastructure using your own token economy.
Interestingly, the tool that can be used to create and tokenize the community is the Tribaldex, and it is the same tool that also acts as a Centralized Exchange as well as a Decentralized exchange too by providing the user to create the pool for the pairs of tokens they want to set. As a centralized exchange, tokens are default listed against Swap.hive, i.e., wrapper version of Hive. Pool options give users freedom to create pool for any listed pairs of tokens in Hive-engine or tribaldex. This exchange feature of the tribaldex is also much discussed but the "Outpost" feature of Tribaldex that I consider it as one of the strongest features of the tribaldex is much less discussed.
An Outpost is a dedicated front-end or community access point connected to a specific Hive tribe (token-based community). An Outpost is not just a webpage. It is a gateway to build, grow, and monetize a niche community on Hive.
In simple words, Outpost is a "community" which is backed by its own token, so that token is used to reward the content creators and curators who own the stake of the token, also get rewarded for curating.
Since for the outpost the base layer is Hive, so the content creator are also able to get Hive rewards and for curators Hive rewards will come as per as Hive Blockchain rules, and being in the outpost does not change their Hive rewards. So outpost allows both the rewards and for Hive and the token backing the outpost and the creator of the outpost/token creator is the control of deciding the direction of the community and the rewards.
So, Did I mentioned that outpost is for the content creatin ,sharing and rewarding only? Nopes it is also has a NFT marketolace where you can show your creativity and sell the NFT. I am just wondering if it is not great if you are able to sell your digital services as a NFT that is fully tracked and authentic. No fake digital created for it?
It look like that I also purchased few of them to my collection.
Above one, I found in the meme tribe and i do not have any collection when I purchased it. It is the seventh edition of the "Tinker the Robo Cowboy" , look nice to have as I describe myself as an tinkerer and in this age of AI , maybe we are going to have Robo Cowboy a reality.
I myself do not have any technical knowhow in web2 so I am not sure how I can proceed in this web3 domain, but I will urge that if someone has technical knowhow then "Outpost" is really a place where they can explore opportunities and help the like minded people while building a great community and all of it is done in 2 digit dollar figure.
I think outposts are good as a place to explore the communities, but I think the largest issue I have with them is that most tribe tokens won't hold up. I just find that it tends to be more or less centralized to a person or a few people.
I just wish, that I have some talent in this field, Token do not hols as only monetization for them is token rewards and no sink for tokens.

This is a good explanation about Outposts and its purpose
I am happy that you liked it.

Yeah, it is very helpful
NFT marketplace is really helpful in the community to enhance the collaboration
I think there is opportunity but somehow we are not able to capture right talent and right market.
