THREE POWERFUL DAILY HABITS

Change isn't always grand. Sometimes the little things we do can bring about great change. Small daily habits we often practice can cause remarkable changes. Whether it is something as small as reading one chapter of a book every day or something as mundane as drinking a glass cup of water each morning. Little habits are more powerful and tend to be more effective when backed up with consistency.

Here with me are three simple but powerful habits that could change and transform one's life. Whether your goal is peace of mind, personal development and or all round growth, these habits are perfect to achieve just that. These habits have been tested and tried by me and I tell you, all of them would give you a magnificent result.

The first habit is developing a consistent morning routine. The morning routine is very powerful and crucial as it determines how you start your day. Developing a good morning routine can put you up for an efficient and productive day. Depending on your lifestyle, a simple morning routine like prayer, planning your day, exercising, reading or staying away from the screen can go a long way for an individual. It is very important to have that one morning routine that your brain registers to do even in your unconscious mind.

Step two would be the habit of gratitude. When we practice gratitude, it can help with one's overall health and happiness. In this world of today, it can be so easy to focus on the dark side of life or the problems. But if one could just shift their focus to the positive side and probably pay more attention to three things they are grateful for each day. You'll see yourself happier, at peace and content with the little you have.

Reading regularly is one of my favourite habits so far. This is one habit that can widen your perspective, widen your thinking and vocabulary and build your mind. Reading for at least thirty minutes per day can go a long way for a starter. whether it's fiction, articles, or self help books. These can help you acquire a broad range of knowledge you never would have acquired staying put.

Any of these habits when backed up with consistency can truly transform an average individual to a powerful, successful, happy and peaceful version of one's self.
