Mobile Banking App: Life Before and After Mobile Banking

This is really a confusing prompt and that's because I have more than one app that makes life easier for me, but thinking of how difficult it was for me to have access to cash before the introduction of banking app, I will say mobile banking application have made life easier for me.

Before the introduction of bank apps, I depended on ATM withdrawals and USSD code for transfer, due to poor network, some days I have to head to the bank, even when I had no plans of going to the bank , this was because of the frustrating network issue I experienced when I try to transfer using ussd code.
The frustration of queing at the bank, plus limited time, due to the fact that banks closes early and I have to pay transportation to the bank more often, it was really challenging to get access to money and I was a student then, I get funds from my parents only through transfer.

My school is situated in the rural area , we struggled with poor network and we only had two ATM machines inside the school and a microfinance bank outside, these wasn't enough to serve the large population of student in my school, so for easier and faster transactions we have to go to the city, it was really stressful and a struggle.
The day I was formally introduced to banking apps, it gave me so much joy, reduced the stress and struggles I faced in the past to be able to withdraw money and made life easier.

I actually discovered mobile banking apps at the bank, I was about heading home, when a customer representative stopped me and told me about it, it was really a breakthrough to me that year, it made the payment for testbooks, school fees and other dues easy for me and gave me easy access to cash whenever I want.
I went ahead to promote the use of apps to many other students, in school, because I knew how it would relieve them from stress too.
This was a long time ago, and till date I'm grateful my banking application , because it has been beneficial to me in many ways, the features keep adding up and it's always fun exploring the new features.

I appreciate the fact that I don't have to queue up and take turns , now I can transfer to traders and they get credited immediately and nobody's time will be wasted because of a delayed alert and also it's well secured and safe for user .
So, the one app this made life easier for me is my bank app and I will always recommend to other people.
