What I will change when I turn 40 and Progress on TerracoreHub

Hello friends.

I understand that exercise is necessary to stay healthy and strong.
However, I have my reasons for not exercising.

Now that I am over 40, I have gained weight and my body is heavy and sluggish.
Since I don't exercise, my body is stiff and my muscles are stiff.
So I have started to suffer from aches and pains.
In addition, I have no stamina and I get tired even with the slightest movement.
I have to do as much exercise as I can.

This may be due to age.
My job is not physically demanding and It's not a sweaty job.
Also, using my phone for long periods of time is not good for my health.
However, I use my phone to accumulate cryptocurrency in my free time.

Now I'm trying to make time for walks in the evenings.

ဒီတော့ ညောင်းညာကိုက်ခဲမှု ဝေဒနာကို ခံစားလာရသည်။
ထိုအပြင် သက်လုံမကောင်းတော့ဘဲ လှုပ်ရှားမှုအနည်းငယ်၌ပင် မောပမ်းတတ်နေသည်။
ကျွန်တော် ကိုယ်လက်လှုပ်ရှား လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းကို တတ်နိုင်သမျှ လုပ်ဆောင်မှ ဖြစ်ပေတော့မည်။

ဤသည်မှာ အသက်အရွယ်က စကားပြောလာခြင်း ဖြစ်နိုင်သည်။
ကျွန်တော်၏ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်းအလုပ်သည်လည်း ကိုယ်လက်လှုပ်ရှားကာ ချွေးထွက်ရသောအလုပ် မဟုတ်ပါ။
ဒီအပြင် Phone ကို အချိန်ကြာစွာ အသုံးပြုနေခြင်းသည်လည်း ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် မကောင်းပါ။
သို့သော် အားလပ်ချိန်၌ Cryptocurrency စုဆောင်းထားနိုင်ရန် Phone ကို အသုံးပြုနေရသည်။

ယခုတော့ ညနေပိုင်းတွေမှာ အချိန်ပေးကာ လက်လျှောက်ဖြစ်အောင် ကြိုးစားနေပါသည်။
ပြပေးထားသော ပုံတွေသည် ညနေခင်း လမ်းလျှောက်စဉ် နေဝင်ချိန်ကို ရိုက်ယူထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

I started playing the TerraCore Game about 813 days ago.
My Rank is now in 147 and ⭐ 18 .

As a starter I bought $10 worth of Citizenship for 27.229 HIVE.

Now I invested 176.586 HIVE or 59.146$ into TerraCore Game up to date.

The TerracoreHub game is played but not really playable.
It's a strategy game that adds battle to mining.

If I look at my TerraCoreHub game progression so far;

The SCRAP I received from Mining and Battle Fight was used in 100 for Stash Size and 5476 for Defense Upgrading respectively.

Now my TerraCore Game Stats are Stash Size 88400, Favor 3860, Engineering 43, Damage 744.209, Defense 763.183 and Equipments Horizon Ship, Scanner Droid Avatar, Micro Blaster, Heavy Battle Suit and Torque Wrench.

I used 101128 SCRAP for Engineering, Damage and Defense Upgrading above the stats table.
I used 92365 SCRAP for Stash Size and Favor.
And I used 316 SCRAP and 17.2 HIVE for Equipment.
So, I have used 389436 SCRAP Tokens in playing Game TerraCoreHub.

I will receive SCRAP 967.999 tokens per day from Mining if I am not robbed by others .
