Hello everyone,
How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.
Yesterday, we opened five Foundation chests and won a gold foil card. Today, I continued my progress in Splinterlands once again.

After completing all the daily activities, I earned three more Foundation chests and headed over to the mana well. As you can see in the screenshot below, I now have 11 Foundation chests. However, I decided to open only five of them because I want to save the remaining six for later.

Let’s see what I got this time.
In the screenshot below, you can see the first half of the rewards. Honestly, I did not get anything very exciting apart from the epic Sorrow Harvester card, which is still a decent pull. But overall, I was not very happy with the first half.

In the second half of the rewards, shown below, I got two summoners. So in the end, I was still somewhat satisfied, although I was hoping for multiple epic cards, a legendary card, or at least another gold foil card.

That is how the pack opening went today.
In the screenshot below, you can see the Sorrow Harvester, which is now only one copy away from being maxed out. I just need one more card to fully upgrade it, so hopefully I will get lucky soon.

Below, you can also see that I won Marlai Singariel, and today I was finally able to max out this summoner because I had already collected the required 25 cards.

So overall, from these five Foundation chests, I managed to max out one of my summoners, which made the opening worth it.
Now let me share one of the battles I played today.
This battle came with the Earthquake and Reverse Speed modifiers. Earthquake is a modifier where every monster lose 2 health starting round 2 and Reverse Speed is where monsters with lower speed attack first and also have a better chance of dodging attacks.
In the screenshot below, you can see the battle lineup. I used the Earth element, while my opponent went with the Water element.

I believe the Earth element is one of the best choices when the Earthquake modifier is active because of a monster called Giam Root, which comes with 11 health.
In Round 5, as shown below, the battle was 4 vs 4, but you can clearly see why Giam Root was so important. Even after several rounds, it still had 11 health remaining.

In the final rounds, the battle went down to 3 vs 2, and once the Earthquake effect activated again, it quickly became 3 vs 1.

In the screenshot below, you can see the final blow that secured my victory.

That is all I did in Splinterlands today.
Now coming to Terracore, I used six attacks and earned around 1200 scrap as you can see in the screenshot below.

The attacks did not go as well as yesterday, but that is how it ended today.
Thank you
