Splinterlands - Opening 4 Foundation Chests and 1 Gladius Case, Winning Rare Goil Foil, and Battle of Legendary Monsters

how are you all? I hope everyone is doing well in their lives.

I am back with another Splinterlands blog.

Today, I planned to do something different. Along with opening Foundation chests, I also wanted to open a Gladius pack. For that, I first went to the store, specifically the Glint Store, where I bought merits.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I spent 400 Glint to buy 400 merits.

After the exchange, I successfully received the merits.

Next, I went to the Gladius case section and purchased one Gladius case. As shown in the screenshot below, I had enough merits to buy it, so I went ahead and got one.

After that, I moved to the mana well. As you can see in the screenshot below, I had four Foundation chests and one Gladius case ready to open. I decided to open the Foundation chests first.

In the screenshot below, you can see all the cards I received from the Foundation chests. One card that caught my attention was a rare gold foil card from the Water element. I was happy to get it because this was my first time receiving this card.

The name of the card is Water logged Wizard as you can see in the screenshot below.

Next, I opened the Gladius case. As you can see in the screenshot below, the five cards were ready to be revealed. I was excited because my previous Gladius openings were very good. The first time, I got a legendary card, and the second time, I got an epic card.

However, this time was not as exciting. As shown in the screenshot below, I only got one rare card, and the rest were common. It was a bit disappointing, but that is part of the game. I will continue opening more Gladius cases in the future and hope for better rewards.

Now let me share one of the battles I played today.

In the screenshot below, you can see the battle lineup. I was up against the Water element, and the opponent had a max-level Mystic Scale Weaver, which made me feel a bit worried.

But things turned out differently. In the next screenshot, you can see that by Round 2, I had already reduced the battle to 4 vs 2, giving me a clear advantage.

In the screenshot below, it was down to 1 vs 3, and I was very close to winning. I managed to win the battle in just three rounds.

Now coming to Terracore.

Just like yesterday, I used all my attacks, but the same issue appeared again. I was only able to see the results of two attacks, while the rest were stuck loading.

I tried again, but the same problem occurred. Only two attacks were processed, and the rest did not work. This is something the Terracore team should fix.

That is all I did today in both games. It was a decent day at Splinterlands even though I did not won good from the Gladius Case.
