Splinterlands - Opening 10 Foundation Packs, Winning my First Epic Gold and another Exclusive Foundation card

Hello everyone,
how are you all, I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

Today I started the day with a new battle modifier called Blood Moon. In this modifier, all units gain +1 to all their stats after delivering a killing blow. That means if you have a monster with 2 melee power, it becomes 3 melee power once it defeats an enemy. I really like this modifier.

The second modifier in this battle was Broken Arrows, which disables ranged attacks. I enjoyed both modifiers because they made the battle more strategic and exciting.

Apart from that, I won many rewards in the game today. The first thing to celebrate was winning another exclusive Foundation card. This is my third Foundation exclusive card, as you can see in the screenshot below.

Sadly, it was not a rare or epic card but a common one. Still, I am happy because these exclusive cards are not easy to get, and it is definitely something worth celebrating.

I also opened 10 Foundation chests today and received some very interesting rewards. The biggest highlight was winning a gold epic card, the best reward for me so far. I have never won a gold epic card from the Foundation category before, so this was truly special.

Not only that, but I also won another gold card from the common category. I already had one copy of that card, so now I have two, which makes it even better.

That’s everything I won today after opening multiple Foundation chests. I am planning to collect and buy even more Foundation chests for a mega opening soon, so stay tuned for that.

That’s all from Splinterlands today. Nothing huge, but I think I won enough to celebrate the day!

I am also planning on capturing the escalation packs soon as the presale is live and I want to own at least few of those chests. For that I will write a blog whenever I buy and open them up.

Above in the screenshot is my terracore base with all the attacks available today used at their best and the won scraps were good enough today. We won 1400+ scraps. I have penalty again on my base so I will have to upgrade the base soon but I am ready for that as we have enough scraps.

Lastly from my golem overlord base I was able to win what you can see in the screenshot above. We did not win any shards there as we were not active in the game for 48 hours and that is the reason we won parts but they were enough to be happy.

I will also revisit again the section of Quests in Golem overlord base as it has been quite some time. I actually do not have enough time to give there my attention so that is why they have remained untouched for weeks now.
