How I Learned to Manage My Income Through Small Lifestyle Changes

Now let me come back to the topic of how I manage my income. To be honest, I was really bad at managing my income earlier. I had a very bad habit of eating fast food.

My brother and I have been addicted to fast food since childhood. When I was 12 years old and my brother was 14 years old, we used to go out almost every evening and eat momos. This habit was not only harmful to our health, but it also made us careless about managing our income.

Because of this, I recently decided to make some changes in my life that would help me manage my income better. One of those changes was to control myself when it comes to fast food. I am very happy to say that I have successfully controlled my fast food habit.

Now I have fixed days when I go out and eat with my family. In a month, I go out only 2 times to eat what I like. Apart from that, on a weekly basis, we eat street food from nearby areas. This has helped me manage my income much better.

You might be thinking how not eating fast food can help manage income. For someone like me, who used to eat fast food every day and spend around 100 to 200 rupees daily, it adds up to nearly 6000 rupees per month. That is not a small amount. Now, if I am able to save around 4000 rupees, it is a big thing for me. For us, 4000 rupees is real savings.

Apart from this, I only spend money where it is actually needed. For example, when it comes to buying clothes, I make sure to choose moderate priced clothes. I do not buy very cheap clothes and I also avoid very expensive ones. I prefer something in between.

I am also very careless when it comes to spending money on my child. I spend a lot of money on my son, and I know I should control it. But at the same time, I think of it as an investment. I prefer buying toys for him so that he plays with physical things instead of digital devices like laptops or mobile phones. So I do not consider this a problem.

These are the main things I do to manage my income. One more thing my mother taught me is to keep aside some amount of money from my salary every month for savings.

I am not very good at doing this in a traditional way, but I followed a modern version of saving where I used to buy a small amount of gold regularly. Over time, it added to my savings. Recently, I stopped doing that as well because gold prices are very high right now, and I think it is not the right time to buy.

That is all I do to manage my income. I do not know what else to add, but if anyone has better suggestions or guidance, I would be very happy to read them in the comments below.

In the screenshot below you can see my terracore base and we used 5 attacks today with the base on penalty mode so maybe there is no reason to regret about the outcome for now.

In golem overlord base the moment we open the game we saw a new Quest getting added to the list of Quest but it looks like a tier 2 or 1 Quest so it does not excite me to look at it and maybe I will just delete or refresh it for a new one by spending some Shards.

After that I used all my attacks from the base and left only 5 attacks in the bag and with them we were able to win 130+ SHards as you can see in the screenshot below and then we bought SG and XP in the game.
