It has been a long time since I shared anything related to Splinterlands on my blog. Today, after quite a long break, I am back to share my future plans for the game, because recently I have been struggling to perform well in battles.
First of all, I would like to share the cards that I am planning to purchase, which can be seen below. These cards belong to the Frontier and Foundation categories, and they include Epic and Legendary cards.

For now, I am interested in three cards, because I believe adding them to my collection will improve my gameplay and in-battle performance.

The first card I am planning to buy directly is shown below. Its name is Giam Root, and I want to buy it at the maximum level because at that level it comes with two ranged attack damage along with massive health, which makes it a very strong card in battles. | The second card belongs to the Epic category and comes from the Water element. I am comfortable buying it at level 1, because the higher levels do not significantly change its impact in battle. This card is called Saltwater Mage, and I want to buy it mainly because it comes with two magic attack points. |

Lastly, the third card is slightly expensive, but I still want to buy it at level 1. The name of the card is Mystic Scale Weaver, which you can see in the screenshot below. The reason I want this card is because it also comes with two magic attack points, and when used with the right summoner in battle, this monster can deal three damage to the opponent, which can be very powerful for my team.
So these are the three monsters I am planning to purchase directly from the market.
I believe it might be difficult to obtain them through pack openings because two of them are legendary and one is epic, making them quite rare to pull from packs.
Now coming to one of the battles I played today. It was a Shades of Grey modifier battle, where I could only use neutral units.

I went with Aurelia as my summoner, while my opponent chose Thalgrimor. Thalgrimor was actually the summoner I used a lot when I first started playing the game, but now I use it less frequently.

As the battle began, both teams entered the arena. In the later round shown below, the battle progressed well for my side. My monsters were still alive while my opponent had already lost three monsters from their team.

Finally, as you can see in the last pic, I managed to eliminate the remaining monsters and secure the victory. This was my first battle after a long break, so winning it felt very meaningful.
That is everything I did in Splinterlands today. I would also like to ask the readers of this blog if there are any other cards from the Foundation category that you think I should consider buying to improve my in-game performance.
That is all I wanted to share today.
I hope my gameplay will continue to improve with time.
Thank you.
