From Influence To Impact: Leveraging Hive Power For Good.

An interesting topic I must say, talking of if I have a hundred thousand hive power, that's massive. Personally, I would try my best to promote hive and show people that hive is a wonderful community where their voice can be heard and their talents, creativity and all can be rewarded. What I'm saying is, 100k hive power means power, it means influence, it means encouragement, and I will do my best to onboard new members who are passionate to delve in. I will do my best to support them and make them feel welcomed while explaining certain things to them too.

And like I said earlier, having such an amount means influence, and with that influence of mine I would as well support certain communities, there are communities that are doing well at the moment but to be honest, they feel unnoticed. They are putting in the hard work day in day out, yet they feel unnoticed. And with my power and influence, I will try as much as possible to help them gain the visibility needed to reach more people and have more engagement. It will go a long way in motivating them to keep doing what they do and even more.

I will as well focus on encouraging users that post original and quality contents, a lot of hivers are doing greatly well when it comes to engaging and posting original, meaningful and thoughtful contents, but still they go unnoticed, and at times it feels discouraging, it's not just about giving them points and upvoting their post, it's about letting them know that their efforts are seen. And I will do same for beginners too, because most new users post for few weeks or days and because of the turnout, they feel discouraged. I wouldn't just vote, I would as well do my best to drop few comments on the few that I can just to keep them going and encourage them.

Also, I think I will try my best to organize mini-contests specifically for newbies, such that will require that they go through certain tutorials that I might have posted and they get rewarded for winning or even engaging. My aim and goal would be that hive feel alive, be fun and easy to navigate while encouraging everyone. So, that's it for me... encouraging growth, helping and motivating.
