JUST ENOUGH

When it comes to money and spending on resources I like to keep things lowkey. You can think of me as a minimalist in areas like dressing and quantity of liabilities, but when it comes to quality of life, I can be a bit extravagant. This is because I believe in quality rather than quantity and I am often ready to spend on something especially when I view it as an asset no matter the cost. This is why I tend to value assets and not just money so if you ask me how much money is enough for me, I will tell you just enough to get me a house of my own and few assets that would continually generate money for me.

For example $350,000 at this point is just enough for me. This is because that money would be just enough to buy me two houses, one for me, and one for my parents. Then I will need three cars which by the way I won’t be spending heavily on, from there I would also be able to buy little shares and also partner with a lucrative farming business that would solve a majority of the feeding expenses for my family and I. And for all this to happen I will need about $230,000. The remaining $120,000 will be invested on my hive account and with that large number of votes, I will be able to greatly influence people’s posts and earn in turn.

With all this investment, I would not be very reliant on the money I get from hive because technically the majority of my daily expenses are already sorted out. But then again If I should face reality, money is never enough and no matter how much I have there will be issues that require more money, it could be health, family and unforeseen circumstances. But with all things being equal, I think I won’t be needing anything else as God continues to protect us. Life can be very unpredictable, you know, and this is why one can not just hope everything goes well. For that I will have $20,000 as an emergency fund so I could take care of emergencies. But hopefully nothing serious comes up.
