It is my dream to inspire as many people as I can, which is the reason I do not hesitate to share some of my personal stories.
I remember sharing these stories with close friends, and they kept urging me to make it public. Before now I was one person that just didn't care about the next person. I was all about minding my business until a friend told me that our experiences are meant to be lessons to guide others.
He believed that knowledge should be shared and lessons learned from experiences should not be bottled up or kept to oneself. Really, when I considered all he had said to me, I saw the need to start putting them in practice.
The thing is, over the years, my friend has guided and assisted me through a lot of challenges. Although not financially, the action of him sharing his knowledge with me for a long time coming did make my life quite easy. And this made me start to consider, why not extend this same assistance to others?
Well, I made that consideration a reality, and since I started being available for other people, there has been this fulfillment that I feel, especially when I give them one or two pieces of advice and it proves effective. In fact, in recent times, I have been getting a lot of push to monetize my counseling ability and go full-time into guidance and counseling.
While the suggestion has been something of interest to me, I wouldn't want to rush into it because I need to be ready. I need to come to terms with my demons and be emotionally sound before I can be 100% bold enough to tackle on a large scale other people's challenges and guide them through their emotional traumas and stress.
You see, being available for others is a hobby at the moment; having people trust me and have faith in me as a guide or a life coach is such a delight too, as earlier mentioned, and although it could be quite overwhelming sometimes, it becomes easier not commercializing or having the need to extract money from it.
In all honesty I don't really see myself becoming a paid counsellor. As much as I would want to make my services public, I would prefer to be appreciated than place a prize tag on my services.

This is such an inspiring read! Your openness and willingness to share your journey is truly admirable. Helping others without expecting anything in return is rare, and itβs beautiful how you find fulfillment in simply making a difference.
Thank you for reading me. Indeed the knowledge gained from assisting others far supersede any monetary value π
It is not easy and not many people have the talent and skills to curb people's problems and give them a way out of their situations be it financially, emotionally or even mentally. Monetising your gift is not a bad thing but also can be a test that might prove more challenging than anything else if you're not ready.
You sure got that right. Basically I feel that if I monetize it then I could no longer do what I do out of my free will. I am of the opinion that it would no longer be fulfilling.
Thank you π

Being opened in sharing one's knowledge about life's challenges could make a big difference in the lives of others. It's a big thing to be able to share your journeys and the like while making yourself available for people. That's something beautiful about life because we sure do need to be our brother's keeper.
Thank you my princess π
You are welcome.
