Sometimes we feel as if we have become trapped in a loop, this life of ours is going on in a loop, only the same things are happening, waking up in the morning, doing the same things and going to sleep at night, in such a situation a person becomes bored because he does not have anything extra to do in life, all his daily routines are fixed due to which life becomes very boring. And the same thing has been happening with me for some time now, but now I am thinking of making some changes in my life like going for a morning walk or travelling a little during the weekends, which I do mostly, but now I am thinking of making my journey a little more comfortable and travelling a little at minimum expense. which will make me feel a little better and will also bring some changes in my mind.

I am a back bencher student and a little introvert too, not a little, I would call myself a bit introverted and now I have become a little troubled by all these things and I want to reduce it a little and it seems the time has come in life to do so and I will try to change my image of being an introvert guy a little. I am not going to take any bold changes at all, I will do things slowly, like my first routine is going to be that I will make some changes in my routine and include some fitting physical activities which make me feel good because I searched a lot on the internet and everyone says that if you have to try something new then you should include some physical workout exercise, walking, running or anything else in your daily routine, it makes a lot of difference.
Last year I used to try all these things and I definitely used to feel much better and my mood was also good but now I mostly feel very stressed or I should say depressed and I also over think a lot due to which sometimes I feel very stressed. See, if you are also in this kind of loop, then you might not be experiencing any kind of happiness and it might not even make much difference to you whether something bad is happening in your life or something good is happening, everything seems normal to you. I see people around me who get very excited for whatever good thing happens and if there is any function or anything, they remain excited and show it too, but to me all these things seem like a task. And when all these things are completed then I go back to my home and I feel a little comfortable there but now I want to reduce all these things a little and maybe this is my first step.

Look, it does take some time to bring about complete changes but I feel that we should take small official steps, I will talk to you about them and we will see how it goes, I am just starting this journey, I hope everything goes well, let's see what happens next. See, whenever you do not add anything to your existing routine, then some problems arise, like if I go for a morning walk then I will have to sleep on time in the evening and if I sleep on time then I will wake up early in the morning due to which I will have a lot of time left for the morning. And mostly people who are fit or successful are seen to sleep on time and wake up early in the morning and have a daily morning routine. I just want to make a few changes in my life and see if it brings some improvement or not. I will definitely share my feedback with you. Thank you.
