I remember the olden days when we used to have a WiFi dongle that would use a SIM card and convert mobile data as a WiFi hotspot for the other devices to connect. This was a great invention, and I remember many people using it. Those were the 4G days, and the speed was pretty decent. Today, with the help of 5 G services, the possibility has drastically increased. With a greater internet speed, we are able to use the internet as a wireless connection.
This is what keeps surprising me: how far we have reached in terms of technological advancements. I'm also very glad to share that India is one of the countries where data plans are cheap compared to those of other service providers in other countries. So the Internet is cheap in India, and it can also be taken everywhere with us.

Today, some service providers are offering movable devices that can be used from anywhere. If I'm not wrong, ACT is providing such a plan where we get a modem that can be moved anywhere in the house. This is a great thing because I struggle with the problem where if I keep the router in one part of the house, the other part of the house will not have internet. I cannot buy a repeater and keep it for all the rooms; that's also not feasible, and some ISPs also restrict users from using additional routers. They internally provide a solution that we can use. But technology is advancing and becoming wireless too. Currently, I have been using my 5G internet on my mobile as a hotspot, and wherever I go, I get Internet easily, and there are also no speed issues. Even in cases where wired routers go down, I can rely on my mobile internet because it comes directly from the towers.
I'm eagerly waiting for this to happen in India. This should also be similar to the mobile internet thing, but instead of a tower, we can get this from the Satellite directly. And wherever I go, even out of the station, I think there is a facility to take my Internet with me. With the current Optical fiber plan, it is not possible, as it is not wireless, I cannot carry it everywhere I go. That's a limitation, but with a wired connection, we get a lot of stability in the connection, and we can completely rely on that. I'm actually currently happy with the fact that my 5G internet on my mobile device is very good and I can use it everywhere, but I would be even happier if this Satellite Internet is provisioned because it will even work in most remote places where there is no possibility for internet or mobile towers.
