In Tamil Nadu, everyone is very happy with the formation of the new government. So many things have rapidly changed, and we are seeing some great, drastic improvement in the State. But in the last few days, we have noticed a huge change in the way electricity is given to the people. In the last government, we did not have this problem at all, but in the new government, we are seeing frequent power cuts. Initially, this was surfacing, and the Electrical minister provided an explanation for that, but now this is becoming difficult.
I have two kids at home, and the continuous power cut problems in Tamil Nadu are becoming a nuisance. The weather is also very harsh right now, and we are seeing close to 45 degrees during the daytime, and all we need is a good night's sleep to compensate for the energy loss during the daytime.

If the power cut is going to be a continuous thing, then it reminds me of the game Sim City that I used to play during my youth. When I manage a City in the game, the people of the city used to complain a lot about the power cut problems. If power is not provided properly to the SIMs, they will leave the city and start yelling at the Mayor. I feel like the same situation is happening in reality in our State.
Some people comment saying that this government lacks experience when it comes to managing a few things. Some of the drastic steps the government is taking are actually creating problems. These are the comments from the opposition party and from a few people. Some houses have an inverter to provide some backup power when there is a power cut, but there are many houses that struggle without that. If this is going to be a continuous problem, then we may not have welcomed a great government, I should say.
Experts said that even though the political party did not have the experience when forming the government, the IAS and IPS officers were the ones who were managing everything. If the government officials lack the experience, the other IAS officers should have given the right direction, and in the worst case, they should have at least suggested the following things that were followed in the earlier government. I don't know how this problem is going to be handled, but people are not very happy with the way the power cuts are happening. The power problems need immediate fixing.
