Walking In The Forest

There are many hiking trails in different parts of the Huairou district, and I have gone through many of them. Most of them are well-structured stairs with concrete but I have also gone through some raw without and support with brttle soils which are also dangerous for hiking. Most of these areas are safe from wild animals, as they are designated in specific areas and the protected areas are not accessible. I have also found some mountain hiking routes where I found signs of snake activity, and that was a rough one without any proper stairs, and I feared a little bit as I was alone at that time.

These photos I have taken from a northern Huairou Mountains area with a hiking trail to the top of some mountains. Though the mountain top was not so high, the trail was in good in condition, without any broken parts like the Great Wall area, especially from the Ming dynasty, one of the oldest one. The wild nature can be explored in this part in its pure form without any artificial control of the species there.
