The White Beauty

These white flowers, during the cherry blossoms in the spring, are commonly known as Sakura. These blossoms are the Somei-Yoshino variety (the scientific name is the Prunus x yedoensis). These white beauties are characterized by nearly white to pale pink flowers that bloom in large clusters, as you can see in my shots taken during this springtime.

The most amazing fact about this tree is that during its blooming, there are no leaves on it, yet all of its branches are full of flowers, which makes the area so attractive to explore its beauty. The flowers are white with pinkish vibes. It originates from China but is popular around the world as an ornamental flower tree in the winter countries of the world.
