Olympic Tower Of The Beijing

When I was walking in the Olympic Village area, the Beijing Olympic Tower was consistently seen as a structure from distant places in this area, as it is one of the highest towers in the whole of Beijing City. I read that it is the second-highest tower in Beijing. It is located on the way towards the Olympic Forest Park in the Chaoyang District of Beijing. The tower is constructed on the occasion of the Summer Olympics of 2008 that was arranged in Beijing that time. On top of the tower, you can see the logo of the Olympic, and it is one of the best place to explore the city surrounding from the sky at quite a high altitude that cover a significant portion of Beijing city, especially the northern section of the city.

The tower is 258 metres (846 ft) high, and it is the second-tallest tower in the city after the Central Radio & TV Tower, which is 405 meters (1,329 ft) tall, a telecommunications and observation tower in Beijing. Its design is a beautiful one with the circular top reflecting the Olympic logo, and there are tall towers covering the whole length without any commercial space in the tower, just the plain tower with several observation places and also a restaurant at that height for the people who love such an experience.

The tower is surrounded by a large area of about 20 acres, landscaped with a beautiful natural setting consisting mostly of urban open space, such as planted parkland or open plazas. There are five separate towers supporting the main tower, each with different observation halls at the top. The lesser tower tops spiral up to the main one. I like the appearance of the tower at night, but I had to come back before evening, so I am unable to let you show the evening beauty which I will share in the near future.

I hope you like my photos of the beautiful photoos of the Olympic tower from the different locations and from the absolute beneath of the tower delivering different views of the tower. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments, and I will do my best to answer them.

Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.Wishing you a good day!

I took all the photos, and these are my own property.
