Up in the clouds, far from the crowds & Eyes on the horizon.

The fight to get the window seat while travelling has always been a challenge. Be it on train, bus or in planes window seat always attracts them and makes people excited. The window seat remains a favorite option for travelers primarily because it offers a sense of control, privacy, and visual entertainment that other seats cannot match. Whether flying or taking a train, it transforms a mundane journey into a personalized, scenic experience. Manyatimes I sacrificed my window seat to others especially if there are kids be it from my family or other parent. I wanted them to enjoy the view. However this time aroujd when I boarded the flight from Bangalore to Kolkata, I made sure to occupy my desgnated seat. And guess what, it comes out to be a window seat.🤗🤗🤗

The basic reason I was desperste is because, I wanted to view the scenic beauty of the sky and the white clouds that pass through the window. And my expectation does not failed viewing the white ball of smoke formation outside.

I have seen many people sharing their clouds and sky photgraphs shot from the aeeoplane window. I too wanted to be in their book. It took a while before the first clouds passes by. From runway to take off to flying , I was all excited to see the scenic besuty of the sky. It does not take long, before I see myself floating in between the sky and the clouds.

As the plane climbs above, we leave behind ground-level smog, dust, and humidity, which normally wash out colors and blur distant horizons. Looking, outside put us on top of the cloud deck, turning a broken or overcast sky into a bright, rolling blanket of white that resembles snow, cotton, or an ocean. In my case, I felt like in a vast ocean. Looking out at vast expanses of clouds, and endless blue skies evokes a feeling of awe, which shifts my brain into a more creative, calm, and playful state. I started clicking every picture that I can view. Each one of them is much beautiful than previous one.

Being high above the ground makes daily worries, traffic, and ground-level stress look and feel smaller by comparison. The calming shades of the sky and horizon naturally help lower stress levels and slow down the heart rate. The open sky represents limitless potential, and adventure, offering a mental break from tight spaces or routine environments. I kept enjoying and taking pictures viewing outside. Fluffy cumulus clouds stretch out like endless, soft white fields or rolling hills it feel we could step onto it easily.

When viewing the clouds from the above, It looks completely different than they do from the ground. May be because we are looking at the side of the cloud receiving direct sunlight, cloud tops are intensely bright and dazzling white. My imagination tool too get active and started giving esch one of them with sifderent identities. Puffy cumulus clouds look like scattered tufts of cotton wool, floating fields of cauliflower, or hills of white meringue sticking up above a smooth plain.

It is wonderdul to get up close in the sky and between the clouds. As we glide above a silent, endless sea of cotton candy clouds that often look like a solid, glowing white ceiling start making my flight travel more enjoyable. A worth of owning a window seat.
