I think I like spring the most of all seasons. Winter is barren and cold and summer is often too hot. Fall has beautiful colors, but is often windy and rainy.
But spring makes nature wake up! Plants start growing. Trees are blossoming and starting to grow new leafs. And you hear birds everywhere. I love to go for a walk in nature. And even though I live in an urban area, there is nature in the neighborhood in the form of parks.
I actually have quite a few nice parks nearby where I live. They aren't really big, but you can certainly make a nice short walk in them and experience a bit of nature.

just look at that view. A pathway through a green environment. It's really calming to go for a walk there. It also helps to clear your mind (when you are not thinking about shooting nice photographs all the time that is 😂)

The plants alongside the path are so-called stinzen plants. They cover a large part of the floor in the park and they have a slightly onion-like smell. Very faint, though, so it’s not unpleasant when you walk through it.

In the middle of the park there is a pond with a fountain. It's a nice sight. Last year there was a swans nest in the reed at the side of the pond. It's nice to see the swans in the pond, but I didn't spot them this day.

The flowers on this tree are almost wilted. A lot of trees are in bloom at the moment. I made a separate blog about it earlier. But most of them are losing their flowers now.

And this is why I find nature so amazing! Just look how this tree develops new twigs and leafs. The twig seems to be cut off, but the tree just develops some new shoots. I find it cool that how I can still be amazed by these kinds of little things.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on my blog. Feel free to share your perspective in the comments.

Nice close ups of nature. I totally get you enjoying the small things. And believe me it is even more special to see this on your own land, as @clareatista and I are experiencing on a(n almost ) daily basis. It never gets boring.
Groene groetjes uit Molise, Italië!
Thanks! If you have eye for it, you see how ingenious nature is.
It's cool to have your own land. I am growing some stuff in my own backyard and indoors (check my hivegarden updates if you want to know more) which is already cool.
Groetjes!
