Minimalism, shaping me into a better self

Life is unpredictable, and nobody knows what’s in store for the next. Instead of it, we hope to survive, and with time, changes come. Change is inevitable, and we can’t restrict change in life. Negative changes make life troublesome, while good changes make life much better and enjoyable. Practicing minimalism brings many changes to our lives and helps us to be a better version of ourselves. Today, I am going to share how minimalism helped to shape my life to be better.

A minimalist always focuses on simplicity, and as a minimalist, I am not different. I try to find beauty in simplicity. My desires are also simple and achievable, and I try not to make those less complicated. Desiring too much can be a burden and give an overwhelming feeling when those desires are hard to fulfill. It can destroy inner peace. Minimalism helps me not to be greedy when it comes to desire. If I have few desires to fulfill, I can achieve those with little effort. That’s the thing that can give me a sense of achievement, which gives me satisfaction. At the same time, it gives me confidence that I can achieve anything if I focus on a few things.

It says that our present life is the result of the choices we made in the past, and naturally, the choices we make at the present time will decide my future. That is why making the right choices is important. As a minimalist, I am always careful while making decisions because, depending on it, many things of the future will be decided. While making decisions, I try to get a clear picture of the advantages and disadvantages. I know that nothing can ensure that I am marking the correct choices, and so I always keep at least one backup plan in case I make wrong choices. As a minimalist, if I understand I made a wrong choice, I always try to change it, if possible; otherwise, I try my best to minimize the loss or impact of the wrong choice. I can’t ensure that I won’t make mistakes in this case, but I am sure I will learn from it and won’t repeat the same mistakes because minimalism says to learn from mistakes rather than regret them, as it’s not beneficial.

I am a minimalist, and avoiding unnecessary connections is natural, but it doesn’t mean there is no need for connections with others. I am also a human, and I need to communicate with others and make connections with them, as I am not going to live a life in a cave. I try to make effective connections with others that are necessary. As a minimalist, I connect with those people who can help me in different ways, and it’s not necessary to help me financially. Obviously, I don’t love to connect with those people who talk unnecessarily, waste time, and think about others business rather than focusing on their own. I don’t have a large circle of friends, but I have a few best friends who always support me and correct me if I do something wrong. They can give me emotional support and advice when needed. I mean, I don’t have a wider connection with others, but the few connections I have are quite solid and more effective, and all of those connections were chosen after careful consideration because, as a minimalist, I don’t want to make connections that are not worthy.

I love your minimalist lifestyle , finding beauty in simplicity helps one not to live a complicated life. Again making a wrong choice sometimes is inevitable but having a back up is a good step, in all we learn from our mistakes. No one is an island, there is the need to connect to connect with pple but meaningful connections matters

Hmm. If we focus on simplicity, many complexities of lime will disappear automatically. Making mistakes is ok as long as we are able to learn from it and do better in the next time.
