The !WINEX bot shows an error message only once every 24 hours for every single Hive user. 🤓
I just don't know if the "24 hours" is strictly 24 hours, or resets only once a day (at midnight UTC). 😅

I've implemented the same thing for both !INDEED and !BBH, (based on midnight UTC), due to some bots using the command to spam other accounts with tippingbot errormessages...
Not sure if I can tip !WINEX btw, never tried it, until now :-)

The minimum requirement is 1000.0 BBH balance.
