I'm back with my Actifit activity report to share with you.

Friday's Actifit Activity Report:

Today was Friday, and I started the day as usual. Thankfully, I didn’t have migraine pain and felt mostly fine, although I noticed some heaviness and was careful to avoid triggering another episode.
After Friday prayer, I worked on some important tasks. My wife had handled most of the work by herself yesterday, which placed an additional burden on her, so I wanted to help today. To protect myself, I worked in short 15–20-minute intervals and took breaks away from the screen. I also kept the room dim and avoided strong aromas and loud sounds.
Since the tax-return deadline is September 30, I completed and submitted our tax returns today. I still need to submit the tax returns for my father and sister this weekend.
In the evening, we visited the market to find matching shoes for Isra for the wedding we will attend on Sunday, but unfortunately, we couldn’t find the right pair. We’ll try another market tomorrow. We bought chicken wraps and returned home.
Later at night, I went for my regular walk. The weather was fine, but I felt very tired, so I didn’t push myself and completed around 5,000 steps. It was less than my usual goal, but staying active was still better than skipping the walk.
