Yup, I know what you mean! As in everything in life, also in exercise, balance is important! Which is why I want to go to the gym as well, my legs are growing stronger with all the kms walked, but my upperbody is losing strength now. Which I don't want...

You got it, balance in everything, even in how we exercise! You can do a lot with your own body weight, but iron weights can be very helpful too for sure! Yes, I've lost a bit of upper body musule mass too, which I intend to turn around too.😁🙏💚✨🤙
