Hello π€ everyone, welcome to my blog once again, it's always pleasant to have you here.
Two night ago, I wanted to use my free time after dinner to make something exciting; my son had already gone to bed; I could finally breathe, hehe.
I wanted to bead a lizard π¦ for him, but then part of the material I needed wasn't available in my bead stack. I had to think of something else I could do, as I do not want my free time and the high motivation I was having to go to waste. Guys, that was how this duck π¦ was born.
Materials used:
I used red seed beads, yellow seed beads and black seed beads, 0.3 fish line and a scissors.
Production Time: 4 to 5 hours
Below are the steps involved
Step 1:
I began making the head part by putting five yellow beads on my 90 cm fishline and crossing both fishlines with the fifth bead.
Step 2:
I put four yellow beads on the right fish line and passed the same fish line through the base bead.
Step 3:
I passed the right fishline through the next bead, put one yellow, one black, and one yellow bead on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 4:
I passed the right fishline through the next bead, put one yellow, one red, and one yellow bead on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 5:
I passed the right fishline through the next two beads, put one red and two yellow beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 6:
I passed the right fishline through the next two beads, put one back and one red bead on the left fishline, then crossed both fishlines with the red beads.
Step 7:
I put the right fishline through the next two beads, put two red beads on my left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 8:
I passed my right fishline through the next bead, put three beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 9:
I passed my right fishline through the next two beads, put two red beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 10:
Here is where I started to make the mouth. I put three red beads on the right fish line and then passed the same fish line through the base bead.
Step 11:
I put two red beads on the left fish line and passed the same fish line through the next two red beads, as you can see in the picture below. I then passed the two fish lines to come out on the last two yellow beads.
Step 12:
I put three red beads on the left fishline and crossed both fishlines with the third bead, and then passed the right fishline through the next two beads and crossed both fishlines with one bead.
Step 13:
Here I put one yellow bead on each fish line and then crossed both fish lines with one yellow bead.
Step 14:
I repeated step 14 above two more times and then turned the line by putting three beads on the left fishline and crossing both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 15:
Here I began building on the body of the duck by passing the right fish line through the next bead, putting two beads on the left fish line, and crossing both fish lines with the second bead.
Step 16:
I passed the right fishline through the next two beads, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 17:
I put three red beads on the left fishline and crossed both fishlines with the third bead, and then passed the right fishline through the next two beads, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 18:
I passed my right fishline through the next bead, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 19:
I passed my right fishline through the next bead, put three beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 20:
I passed my right fishline through the next bead, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 21:
I continued to pass my right fishline through the next bead, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 22:
Here I first passed my right fishline through the next two beads, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead. And again I passed my right fishline through the next two beads, put two beads on the right fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead.
Step 23:
I passed my right fishline through the next two beads, crossed both fishlines with one bead, passed my right fishline through the next bead, put three beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the third bead.
Step 24:
I first passed my right fishline through the next bead, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead. Again I passed my right fishline through the next two beads and then crossed both fishlines with one bead.
Step 25:
I first passed my right fishline through the next bead, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead. Again I passed my right fishline through the next two beads and then crossed both fishlines with one bead.
Step 26:
I first passed my right fishline through the next bead, put two beads on the left fishline, and crossed both fishlines with the second bead. Again I passed my right fishline through the next two beads and then crossed both fishlines with one bead.
Step 27:
I just closed off the remaining opening and then used three yellow beads to form the tail.
And here is our little duck. Quacks! quacks!! quacks!!!
