To have @hallmann as a guest in the show was probably on top of my list right after launching the first episode of the #HHHLive! But, somehow, I was delaying the encounter, luckily not too long as we finally did it! After his HiveFest presentation 2 months ago, launching the Hive proposal, and so many things that changed in The Kingdom in the last year, this was the perfect time to have him as a special guest!

As we had a few encounters in life, my biggest concern before doing the show was that we would not have enough time to cover ALL the things... Well, we probably didn't, but there were so many topics to cover, and I hope that we successfully covered the most important... I hope those who attended the show understood and learned the main things about the Kingdom Without Limit... To fully understand it, you must visit this awesome place in Krakow, Poland!

The titbits method worked very well for previous recaps, so I will repeat it in this one too... If you want to check more information about them, check out the recording! They are here to give you an idea of what was discussed!

• At the beginning of the show, we had a short introduction about our special guest! @hallmann shared his first moves in crypto, and how he found this blockchain through a friend from Facebook...

• When he found our legacy chain, something clicked and it was a perfect fit... Somewhere around 2018, and on top of the crypto-cycle, there were over 1500 active Polish users in the community...

• The Kingdom wasn't always in the same place as today... It moved places, and in 2019, it moved to Krakow, where it was a lot of work as the place needed a lot of renovations...

• After the experience with the old place, when they moved to Krakow, they had to make changes to maintain the place... Crowdfunding didn't work well, so HivePower and tokenomics on HIVE were the answer to their financial troubles...

• Another way is donation for which you get tokens that can serve for paying things in the Kingdom, but also, they are the governance tokens... Those who have more tokens can make proposals about what can be done in the Kingdom, and vote for them...

• Dawid described what The Kingdom looks like... In the main room, they are organizing many workshops, like ceramic workshops, crocheting, or preparing the chocolate (what we could do when we were at HiveBeeCon)!

• The Kingdom played a very important role when the war in Ukraine began... It was like a shelter for migrants, where they could learn the Polish language, and even teach others their skills!

• Dawid told us the story of how he met @blind-spot, and how the community helped them to meet! A similar story was with the @mynewlife as he didn't know about the Kingdom, and he is living around the corner!!! The Ukraine-Netherlands connection helped in getting connected!

• The next topic was the proposal that THe Kingdom has... The general idea was how to promote HIVE even more, but also to run a coding school where people could learn how to create apps on HIVE! Until then (and at the moment), HIVE is present in the Kingdom, and most of the promotions are organic... People spend tokens, do workshops, and see all those HIVE promo materials around... and they like to hear more, open an account, etc.

• I shared my story of meeting @kesilgonzalez in HiveFest, Split... He was onboarded in the Kingdom, but he came there from Central America! Onboarded organically, and he is doing some great short videos...

• Next HiveBeeCon in The Kingdom? Meetups are great as they have a motivational effect on newbies! Especially on these meetups where you have "hard-core" Hivians who LIVE HIVE, and meeting people physically, means a lot... Seeing faces behind the usernames!!

Discussion about the possible future meetups was the perfect spot to finish the show... I hope that you will like the recording and that you will get inspired by everything that is possible to do with a small Hive meetup point in the city!! Now that you have this information, maybe you can realize your idea of doing something similar.
