If there were no Hive platform, my online life would be boring.

Hive is a web 3.0 platform and the thing I like most about the platform is decentralization. It's been more than five years since I came to this platform and honestly my online life has been influenced greatly because of Hive platforms. To understand it better I think you need to understand how my online life was before I joined this platform and today, I'm going to share about it, and I will let you know how it actually influenced me have connected me with people and the world.

Before 2021 I was not a person who was active too much on online social media like Facebook Twitter (currently X) or YouTube. But I was quite active in WhatsApp I mean when someone messaged me, I could reply immediately there. Except for replying instantly in WhatsApp was not so significant for me. I keep my friends circle little and I have very few people with whom I used to communicate. My peers were very active in Facebook, and they used to share about their daily activities and their thoughts there, but I never found Facebook interesting because I felt it was the width of my time following my peers. I only used Facebook so academic purposes mostly because there are some pages which are to share good information related to my study. I used to think about why people were wasting their most precious time just for chatting or doing other activities on Facebook and they don't receive a single penny for it. At least making money from Facebook was rare.

You can call me a person whose thoughts were mostly profit oriented😅. I am ready to accept it because I think I was like that, in fact I am the same even at the present time in case of profit. I believe that our time is precious and it should not be wasted unless it can help in networking. And I believe that it’s applicable for most of the cases. Facebook was indeed a great way to connect with various kinds of people but of the world but how many people are truly connected and how many people are genuine. For me I don’t add any people in Facebook as friends if I don’t know them personally and so Facebook was never social media for me to connect with the people of the world.

But when I came to Hive, came to make money at the beginning without knowing what it was. I never thought about engaging with people here thinking that I just need to publish post. I was wrong but later I started to understand more about this platform, and I understood what the true meaning of having my own account. And my activity online changed after I taken Hive seriously.

I remain active most of the time here. I believe that engaging with people here has a value. If I publish a post here, I have the chances to get reward, and it gives me a sense of achievement and it’s enough to give me the message that at least I am not wasting my time here and such kind of feeling is something not a little thing. Here when I read the post of others, I can understand their thoughts even if I have never seen their face and to become friends what’s more we need rather than understanding thoughts. I think at least here making friends means they are someone with whom we can connect easily as we understand their thoughts.

Again, I learned many things related to crypto and some of those reasons triggered me to do trading more actively even if it was not the solo reason. I learned many more things from there that keep me busy and I believe that Hive is the place where I can believe that financial freedom is possible and slowly, I am building the foundation here. It’s something related to my future. So it’s worth my time.
