Supporting My Younger Brother’s Food Stall in a Food Park in Legazpi City: Family Dinner at Cantoon Network!

Hello my dear fellow hivers! Hello to this beautiful @hiveph community! It’s me again, “LJ” and today I am gonna share another wonderful life story with y’all.

Last week was a bit special for our family because we decided to visit the food stall of my youngest sibling. The name of his food stall is “Cantoon Network”, a playful and catchy name that really suits the vibrant vibe of the food park in Legazpi City where it is located. It was my first time to actually sit down and have dinner there, so I was quite excited to see what my brother has been working so hard for.

I went together with my parents, my husband, my son Reygan, and also the daughter of my husband’s sister who happened to join with us. We thought it was the perfect time to show support for my brother’s small business while also enjoying a simple family dinner outside. The food park was already lively when we arrived, filled with different stalls and people enjoying their meals. The colorful lights and upbeat atmosphere immediately lifted everyone’s mood.

When we reached “Cantoon Network”, I couldn’t help but feel proud seeing my brother managing his stall with so much energy and confidence. He greeted us with his bright smile, and I could sense how happy he was to finally serve his own family as customers. His stall offers a variety of food choices, but their bestsellers are silog meals and Korean noodles, which seemed perfect for our dinner that night.He also hired staffs for his business so that he can cater online orders and to help him if they have lots of orders during peak hours especially dinner time.

We decided to order their silog meals, each one served with a generous portion of rice, egg, and tasty viands. We picked our favorites, while the kids had nuggetsilog. The food was served hot and flavorful, and honestly, it felt even more delicious knowing it was prepared by my own brother’s stall.

While waiting for our meals earlier, we also bought milktea for the kids from the stall just beside Cantoon Network. They were so happy sipping on their drinks while we shared laughs and little stories. It made the dinner feel more relaxed and joyful. Reygan even said that nuggetsilog was really good, and that comment alone made my brother’s night complete.

We ended up staying longer than we planned, simply because the atmosphere was nice and we were enjoying our time together. My brother came to sit with us for a while, telling stories about how he started and the challenges he faced in running a food stall. Listening to him made me admire him more, because I know how much effort it takes to start something on your own.

That simple dinner turned into meaningful family bonding. Supporting my brother in his small business while spending quality time with my loved ones was truly worth it. I left the food park that night with a full stomach, a happy heart, and so much pride for my younger brother.
