Under the Stars for the First Time 🏕️

Hey guys, welcome to my first ever overnight camping with the kids in Bunhayag.

To give you an overview of what we have done during our overnight camping here's a snap of preparation until in the middle of the night overall experience was so great.

It was last Monday, May 25, 2026 the very day that I will not forget because of this long-time dreamed experienced that I've been praying for, also it was my youngest brother's birthday, praising God for all the good things He allowed in my life.

I arrived at the place in Bunhayag around quarter to five (5pm) and immediately gone to the mountain to set up our camping tent. It was Jeric and I are the one who set up the tent because other kids have gone home first for the preparation as well.

After setting it up, it is finally done and I am so grateful for Jeric's help and I don't want to miss this moment where I can have my selfie in this very beautiful place.

CAMP FIRE
After an hour and half everyone has arrived, we are just six persons for this camping plan actually only five but since one of the kids that have stopped spending her time with us asked permission if she can join so I let her join and what we all did is prepare a wood for this camp fire to happen and thanks to Jeric again for lighting up this fire and for other who helped to look for wood.

While having our camp fire we we're preparing our dinner as well, we had this kind of noodles style but it's a pasta for spaghetti and it has sauce as well so other kids prepare the spaghetti and the other the spicy pancit canton, since I don't have this camping light stand we just used our flashlights, and after that we had a great dinner, fellowship, bonding and a great talk.

After our dinner we had a night talk, and even appreciating the beauty of all stars and even the new moon was so beautiful it was very bright and we can see the surrounding actually and we are surrounded with so many light and it looks like a city.

I was tired so what I did I just sleep and the other can't sleep since it was really super duper hot and because that camping tent was so tight we are six inside so it's kind of cramped inside the tent hahaha and then by 1:30 in the following day we woke up because I want to pee and the skies was so beautiful and I even just take time and pause appreciate it all around, and we had a midnight snack a fried banana and we also look for another set of woods and had a campfire again for the second time. Jeric did his part again, thanks Jeric!

And we wouldn't want to miss this very moment in the middle of fire to have a group photo, Hainel took us a photo first.

Next, my turn so I took photos of them they're really having fun actually despite of lack of sleep.

And the light has come it was around 6am I woke up and gone outside and check everything in the surrounding and even saw this leftover from the campfire. It was such a beautiful morning and a great day to be thankful for, it was a success.

Here they are, was forced to wake up early after 2-3 hours of sleep only, my heart is so happy seeing them enjoyed and had a great time.

After our overnight camping I have visited Kylie in their house, I miss her so much and the other kids as well like Shybel the cutesy one too including Kylie.

I spend even more time with them, we took a bath at the well where they usually have their bath every single day and later as I was about to go home Kylie's mother as well as Jeric and Mikaela invited me to stay for a while for a lunch, Ate Myla killed a chicken and make it into a coconut soup and it was so good, I am so full not just in my stomach but my heart as well.

In conclusion, I was crying because this was just a desire and dream that I have been talking to God for quiet awhile now and that was the very evening that God had answered that desire and I enjoyed so much watching all the stars in the skies and even the surrounding and even us in a camping tent my heart was so happy.

And not just a camping but a relationship restored, i am the happiest person that very evening. Michelle if you see here in the tent wearing black shirt and with Hainel wearing pink shirt and so with the other kids had a misunderstanding for quiet a while now and I'm so glad that this camp just happened to become the bridge for their reconciliation such a great camping experience that I will not forget in my whole life. God is so good.

That would be all, so far I enjoyed spending time with them, sharing every single moment with a smile.
