My Bacolod experience with my colleagues: discovered a great place and new food flavors.

Visiting a new place with your colleagues is one of the best experiences; it allows you to bond and strengthen teamwork while creating unforgettable memories together do you agree? Hello everyone to my fellow hivers, friends, and followers how are you this friday? I hope you are all doing fine and healthy especially to the active members of the @hiveph community its me again @clarabels its been while since my last post here in this lovely and supportive community. and for todays blog, I am so excited to share with you all my Bacolod experience together with my colleagues. To be honest this happend last May of 2026. At that time, we attended a seminar training in Bacolod for our work. We arrived in Bacolod around 8 PM, and upon reaching our accommodation, a colleague from Bacolod immediately met up with us to show us around since we couldn't go sightseeing during the day due to a one-day seminar, we didn't waste any time and explored the city at night, especially since our place was within walking distance of Bacolod's city center.

Upon arriving in the center of Bacolod, the local government building was immediately visible. Unlike in the mountains where nightfall brings darkness and empties the streets of pedestrians. Bacolod remains incredibly lively even late at night it seems as though no one plans to sleep, given the bustling activity, some are jogging, others are out on dates, and some are grabbing a bite to eat. And of course, I made sure to have my picture taken so I’d have a souvenir proving I’ve actually been here in Bacolod hehe. 😀

Since we hadn't had dinner yet, our colleagues suggested looking for a place to eat. While walking around, we discovered Spice Kitchen, their menu was very unique, and we were amazed by the aroma we could smell right from the gate. It was incredibly fragrant and really whetted our appetites. We ordered their best-selling dishes, and when the food was served, I took a picture of it, their best sellers really looked amazing.

After we finished eating, we immediately took pictures at the unique spot.

The very next day, we started our one day seminar training. We had actually planned to go sightseeing afterward, but we ran out of time as it was already time to head home. It’s a shame, but maybe next time if we get assigned to another Bacolod seminar training.
