Being part of a pageant organizing team for a day is my great experience💖

Happy Thursday everyone, to my fellow Hivers, friends, and followers. How are you this fine Thursday I hope your doing well, especially to the active and very supportive members of @hiveph It's me again @clarabels and for today's blog I am going to share with you all about the things I've been doing last night as a beginner event organizer. With out further ado let's go ❤️. Last night, We had a lot of tasks to handle, such as securing the venue, seating, the judges, as well as the decorations and design for the pageant not to mention the sound system, lights, microphones, and snacks for the judges. before we started the pageant, we made sure that everything is all set-up and we make sure to have a back up if anything goes wrong. I was assign to assist the pageant contestants for their queuing for entrance and exit show casing their sports attires, costume attires, all the way to their best night gown attires.

I took a picture of this because I was amazed by her gown. it was incredibly detailed, ranging from tiny beads to larger design elements this is truly the ideal attire for a traditional Filipina maiden😍.

Until showcasing of their evening gowns, this pageant is truly so lively, especially with the contestants' supporters. The gowns are absolutely spectacular. I didn't get a change to take a photo to the other contestants because I was so busy taking tasks that needed to be accomplished.

From the Q&A session to the announcement of the top 5 candidates, the event moved along beautifully and briskly. Even though I was a beginner, my colleagues managing the event didn't leave me to fend for myself. I am truly happy and proud to have had the experience of being an event organizer that night😊

We immediately had our event team picture taken with the candidate who placed as first runner-up she was incredibly kind and humble.

We finished tidying up the venue around midnight after the event, then we rushed straight to McDonald's for a late midnight snack to celebrate our success🎉.
