Hello, friends around the world. Hello, friends at Hive, lovers of beer and the delicious things in life. Today is Saturday, the first Saturday in February, and it's a great day to drink and share a beer on #beersaturday.
This week has been tough, as we are finishing the semester and I have spent long hours glued to the computer and reviewing papers. So today I decided to take it easy, read other things, while opening a delicious beer.
Yesterday I bought two cans of Zulia beer, a beer that is worth drinking, as it is not only delicious, but also one of the cheapest on the Venezuelan market. This can cost me $1.30, while other brands cost more than $1.50.
Zulia beer comes in two very distinctive formats: the green returnable bottle and the yellow can. Both feature the image of an eagle, which has been the brand's logo since 1925. In other words, it is the oldest beer brand in Venezuela.
With a smooth texture and balanced flavor, Zulia beer is made with ingredients such as water, pure malted barley, hops, and stabilizers, and has a perfect 4.5% alcohol content.
While drinking my beers, I read and commented on some posts on Hive. Maybe I'll go out later, or maybe not; maybe I'll just stay in, reading and relaxing. These two beers recharged my soul.
After having two beers and refreshing ourselves, we gathered strength to continue with all the joy in the world.
