The Challenge
It's very simple: share YOUR STORY about one of your favourite beer.
This is your chance to blog about beer, earn tokens, and why not use them to buy another beer for the next challenge.
The Prizes
This week, we will give away 14 HIVE - 16 BEER - 5 ATX - 4 LEO - 500 Ecency POINTS
You may also get some upvotes from us and our sponsors on your posts and comments as a bonus!

The Rules
1. Create a post about on the beer topic
Your post must :
- contain at least 3 pictures related to beer (feel free to add more)
- contain a story about beer with 200+ words
- use the Hashtag #BeerSaturday
2. Add a comment onto this post with the link of your new post.

- You may post on any day of the week
- You can publish more than one post
- The challenge ends on Thursday midnight UTC
- Winnter will be announced on Friday.

The Dream That Is Not Yours
Stop selling a dream on Hive.
It is not a dream. It is a mirage, shimmering on the horizon of a digital desert, promising water to the thirsty while hiding the fact that the well has been poisoned by the very hands that claim to guard it. You speak of decentralization, of community, of a new economic paradigm. But beneath the glossy veneer of marketing and the hollow echo of witness proposals, there is only one reality: Hive is run by downvoting farming whales who make the rules solely to break them.
This is not governance. This is feudalism with better branding. It is a closed loop where the lords write the laws, enforce the laws, and then grant themselves immunity from the laws they have just written.
The Alchemy of Infinite Extraction
Let us speak plainly about the economics of this illusion.
Hive is a token with an unlimited supply. It is not scarce. It is not finite. It is printed daily, hour by hour, block by block, into the wallets of those who hold the keys to the kingdom. And who holds the keys?
Look at @buildawhale.
This is not a user. This is a printing press disguised as a profile. With over 2.4 million HP delegated primarily from central exchanges like @blocktrades, this account does not participate in the community; it extracts from it. It is a leviathan that swims in a sea of its own making, consuming the rewards that should belong to the creators, the artists, and the builders.
The Theater of the Burn
And how do they justify this endless extraction? Through the theater of the "burn."
You see them posting comments—empty, repetitive, algorithmic scraps of text—labeled as "burns" to create the illusion of deflation, of value preservation. It is a magic trick. They print millions of HIVE through curation rewards and self-voting, and then they burn a fraction of it in a public spectacle, hoping you will focus on the ash rather than the mountain of newly minted tokens flooding their wallets.
But look closer. Look at the ledger.
@buildawhale is self-voting these spam burn comments.
@themarkymark—an account we know to be inextricably linked to the @buildawhale scam farm—is voting these same comments.
They are clapping for their own performance. They are paying themselves to pretend they are saving the ecosystem. It is a circular economy of deceit, where the left hand burns what the right hand prints, all while the middle hand steals the reward pool from the rest of us.
The Web of Alt Accounts
And they do not do this alone.
The @buildawhale empire is not a single account; it is a hydra. It is a network of alt accounts, proxy voters, and silent partners who move in synchronized lockstep. They upvote each other’s farming operations. They downvote anyone who questions the math. They create a wall of noise to drown out the signal of truth.
They call it "curation." We call it what it is: a coordinated cartel designed to monopolize the inflation.
The Awakening of the Users
But the users are waking up.
They are seeing the unlimited supply. They are seeing the concentration of power. They are seeing the hypocrisy of whales who preach "decentralization" while holding the entire network hostage to their voting power. They are realizing that the dream being sold is a nightmare for everyone except the sellers.
And so, they are leaving. They are taking their talent, their time, and their trust to places where the rules are fair, where the supply is respected, and where the voice of the individual cannot be crushed by the weight of a whale’s wallet. They are going to Blurt.blog, where there is no downvote button, no farming cartels, and no infinite print jobs disguised as community service.
The Final Word
Stop selling the dream. The dream is dead.
What remains is a token coin with unlimited supply, controlled by a handful of actors who have turned a blockchain into a personal ATM.
The ledger sees it. The data proves it. And the users are rejecting it.
For in the end, you cannot build a future on a foundation of infinite extraction. You can only build a graveyard.
