Today I bring you a reflection on patience, because although I talk about several things and examples in this article, I want patience to be what we think about.

Recently I was in Zipaquirá with my wife looking for the apartments that were for sale and those projects that are about to be built to see the possibility of buying an apartment soon, since I want to stop paying rent and I know that this is the best if I have the possibility of buying a house.

We were interested in many places but we also saw that there was a difficulty with the type of document that we have and that is going to change in a few years, so we could try to buy an apartment today and see the problem later, since we would have to make the change of document or make the document first and then make the purchase of the apartment.

This same thing I saw would happen with the purchase of a vehicle although I also saw that this would be easier to be able to solve, so I decided that it might be easier to buy a vehicle soon and then the apartment, taking into consideration that there is the possibility of getting a vehicle through platforms such as Uber.

By that I mean that it is not bad to wait until the conditions are given if making a current decision can be a legal, monetary, or difficult problem to solve in the future, and even more if we can wait a little bit to avoid these problems and still have all the benefits.

In my case it may be 1 year and a half, but in other cases it could be 3 or 4 years, being a time that still goes by fast.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.

Hoy les traigo una reflexión sobre la paciencia, ya que aunque hablé de varias cosas y ejemplos en este artículo, quiero que sea la paciencia aquello en lo que pensemos.

Hace poco estuve en Zipaquirá con mi esposa buscando los departamentos que estaban en venta y aquellos proyectos que están por construirse para ver la posibilidad de comprar un apartamento pronto, ya que quiero dejar de pagar arriendo y se que esto es lo mejor si tengo la posibilidad de comprar una casa.

Nos interesamos en muchos lugares pero también vimos que había una dificultad con el tipo de documento que tenemos y que va a cambiar en pocos años, por lo que podríamos intentar comprar un apartamento hoy y ver el problema luego, dado que tendríamos que hacer el cambio de documento o hacer el documento primero y luego hacer la compra del apartamento.

Esto mismo vi que ocurriría con la compra de un vehículo aunque también vi que esto sería más fácil de poder resolver, por lo que decidí que podría ser más fácil comprar un vehículo pronto y luego el apartamento, tomando en consideración que hay posibilidad de sacarle rendimiento a un vehículo a través de plataformas como Uber.

Con eso quiero decir que no es malo esperar a que las condiciones estén dadas si tomar una decisión actual puede ser un problema legal, monetario, o difícil de resolver en el futuro, y más aún si podemos esperar un poco para evitar estos problemas y aún así tener todos los beneficios.

En mi caso puede ser 1 año y medio, pero en otros casos podría ser 3 o 4 años, siendo un tiempo que de igual manera pasa rápido.
