As the emotional beings that we are, things can get us pissed. For some, it's easy and quick, while for others, it takes quite an effort and time to get them pissed. But in all, our moods get affected by one thing or the other; be it good or bad, serious or unserious. Well, to some extent it means we are humans, and we are reacting to things in the way we probably should.
It could be understandable if what gets a person pissed or their mood affected is something serious; a matter of grave concern. Such as losing some money or financial investment, huge plans that were wrecked and so on. But when it's something not really serious, it kind of sounds different why our moods get affected by such things. Nevertheless, we are humans, and even such things temper with our moods.
As a midnight owl, and one so much used to working in the night, my nighttime is very essential, especially when I have a schedule, kind of, attached to it. There could be a couple of things I plan to do, and missing out from doing them could affect my day in a way. Well, that's the thing that affected my mood.

Last night, I was supposed to do some stuff at night, which included some graphic designs, some roles and offers to apply online. So, you see there's already a couple of things to get done. But it just so happened that I fell asleep. Yes, in the middle of the night, I fell asleep. Was I really tired? I don't think so. What really happened then?
Okay, so maybe this is a two-in-one situation. You remember Nigeria played a match last night, right? And the match went into the last hour of the day. As a patriotic citizen and football lover, I watched, hoping my nation would qualify. Well, you should know the result by now. But it wasn't the loss that really affected my mood, though it has some elements which you'll understand if you're a fan of the game.
After the unfortunate match ending and the terrible officiating of the bias referee, I was left surfing, scrolling and commenting on the walls of X (formerly Twitter). You would expect a lot of funny and awful things there. People said disgusting things, pushing blame on some players they shouldn't. Yes, it pissed me off. Not to the extent you might be thinking though. Haha. I just appreciate it when we learn to do things right.
After all of that, I was left kind of weak and lacking the energy to do what I needed to do. The night has already gone far. So, I slept off, woke in the morning and gave God the glory for a brand new day. But now, I was left thinking how I might fix my schedules considering the night didn't go as planned, which was my main concern and what really affected my mood. Well, I had to find a way around that.
It's about 1:50 AM while I'm making this post.
