Unleashing Creativity And Crafting Memories.

Last week was a blast and we are back into this week, Hello family hope you are doing perfectly fine? Welcome back to the space where we share memories together and I hope this week participation brings you back home. Alot has been happening and I thought of sharing my encounter or rather would I say my visit to this art workshop and I hope you would enjoy it, buckle up your reading belts as we go on this adventure together.

So an incident led me to know this person and patronizing his handwork, it was not easy at first having to explain and explain what you want but we succeeded at the end, we were on our own when a lecturer said that as an assignment we should go and craft a pig, a dog, a fancy basket and two shark fish, she clearly stated that she wants us to craft all this with our own hands but you trust students they would always want to do otherwise and that student is us.

But imagine how we were meant to craft these things with our own hands, if even possible we would take months on doing so but she gave us just two weeks for it and it was at that point we knew we should look for someone to handle that project for us, and the billing was something else but with contribution from everyone we were able to pay and that was what led us to go and pick it up from the person's shop and I was marvelled at the sight of what I saw, the marvelous work plus the creative in them was something else and that was what prompted me to take pictures so I can tell the story well one day.

This happened within last week and it was a success, when I tried engaging the artist about the his numerous work that is displayed on his wall I saw different visions of them and they way he illustrated it was something else, truly every piece of art work has a story behind it no matter how it looks, whether beauty or ugly, whether small or big, it always has a story behind it. I even joked with the artist telling him that with what I have seen I would like to come and learn from him, his response was that it would be an opportunity having someone to teach because it helps the artist himself to know it more and broaden his understanding by the method of teaching.

What inspired me more is that all these work belongs to an artist who is just a student in his NCE 2, who has done stuffs like this and even more which he is earning from it as well, at that point I was convinced that there was no excuse any student could give about not finding what to do in school in order to earn money and being stranded to the extent of indulging in things that are not right to get money, there just something you can do to earn clean money in school and this is just one out of many that we do inorder for survival.

This is an unforgettable memory that I had within last week and it made me reflect on life much more than it is to people. I hope that one you too would have the opportunity to visit an artist shop that is if you haven't and then experiences life in a different dimension.
