My Library Adventure, A Tour Of The FCE Pankshin Library.

Book wormers, Lovers of the library, serious learners in the house I greet you all, I personally wanted joining this group that is why I decided to visit the library for the second time because the first time I went to the library was to go and register with them but this time I went personal to get a resource material according to an assignment given, so today I would be taking us to some section in the library that I went to, it was fun and memorable so I decided to share it with you all.

We were given an assignment to be done specifically in the library so that was what prompt my visit to the library, I went on Monday which is a day before yesterday, I went there around 8:00am and I met man at the reception who told me that I can't enter unless it's 8:30am, I was told to hang around till it was the suppose before I could enter but being that I had other things planned out so I left and came back later in the day with someone who was also coming to read in the library, examination is around the corner so eventually people have started filling up the library with the idea of them jacking everything at once in a quiet environment.

I saw alot of things in the library starting with the receptionist and then I was directed to where I would keep my bag because carrying of bags ends in the door, which is for obvious reasons they are tight on security and very vigilant so they have a provision where students can keep their bags and identity it later, like giving of cards which would lead you to the box where you can keep your bags so as to not carry some one's own Intentionally or not intentional, I kept my bag and headed upstairs.

While climbing the stairs I saw a portrait on the wall which looks attractive, I took a picture and continue climbing that was when I approached a door where there was a picture with the write-up Quiet which was the beginning of me consciously reducing my voice at that point, I passed and then kept going till I reached my destination, I actually wasn't the one leading myself I had someone who was directing me if not I would have loss my way a thousand times, while getting to the door I saw a long frame with lot's of faces on them, it was more like history of people there so I took pictures of them.

I entered picked the information resources that I wanted and I then headed, jotted down some little things and I was out, my tour in the library made me understand that the environment was so quiet and peaceful which is sane for every body to come and read unlike our classrooms where anybody can shout and gist not minding the person sitting next to him or her, perhaps even our hotels or houses where your time for reading is the time another neighbor would want to play music on MP3 to listen.

I saw a place where the pasted the library rules and regulations for every passerby to read so that you wouldn't say you are not aware, I noticed they have fire extinguisher around which is a very good resource to have on standby plus the environment is so lovely and beautiful that one can use as a fine background to snap pictures or create memories.

I even saw a part where they wrote switch off your phone and no charging of phones here but still upon that people charge their phones in the library and use their phones while they are in the library. Atleast my going to library was useful to me not only for the assignment but educational I have learnt more about the library even though I didn't go to the other interesting part of the library where you can browse your assignment and all of that, Maybe next time I would go there to also do some research work.

"It takes who is serious to know the hook and cranky of the library" please help me and justify these sentences because that was what someone told me recently. My little memories on my tour in FCE Pankshin library I hope to be taking you to more places in the library next time.
