A Memorable Graduation Celebration.

Memories flipping here and there because today is yet another Thursday so this is me ushering you into this week's exhibition of throwing back of our memories, hope you all are doing perfectly fine? It's a thing of joy having you here again, feed your eyes as you go through with me.

We occasional graduates two set from FCE Pankshin the first is from degree program while the second is NCE program so we have first graduated the degree program and now we just completed or would I say we just graduated the NCE program, exactly two Sundays back which is on the 10th they students from the NCE program graduated and four students from my compound also graduated, it was a beautiful memory to behold it felt like the day shouldn't finish and I could just imagine if me that is not even the graduating student is feeling this way how then are they celebrants feeling.

On 7th of August they out going NCE 3 student did a candle night for all other students that started with them and unfortunately are no more together because death took them away, I was so moved when I saw a those photos it was just alot to take in, if someone could have told these students that they would not be here to graduate with their mates they would not agree but life just happened on them and it's so unfortunate that they are not here with them, I instantly learnt at that spot that this life is too short to be so gentle on it and live a I don't care life, we need to live it with the understanding that tomorrow I might not be here again meaning that we just live happily with everyone around us.

The next day was signing out for all of them, even those who has finished earlier before 8th didn't sign out they were waiting for everyone to finish before they do it collectively, it was so amazing watching them joyfully in their white shirts going around the school premises together, I even heard one graduating guy saying that no more barbing of hair that no more lecturers putting eyes on my hair again and it was so funny because apparently that was the only concerned he had during his sign out day, I even heard other students saying from today even sign post or sign board I would not read, all these funny funny comments flying the air that day all in the name of signing out and in all that we return all the praise to God.

And then we passed from Saturday where everyone was setting things ready to Sunday, the main day for celebration which was on the 10th of this August, we started from the church send-forth where they were celebrated, prayed upon and given certificate for fellowshipping with the church after which the main event for the day was carried down to their respectable houses, that is where we all went home to celebrate with our friends in the compound, after eating their food and dancing with them we move on to the next compound where we know any graduating person to eat and drink as usual, that was how the day was for me, Infact as a student this is the type of day we always pray for, where we wouldn't cook but have enough to eat.

That was how I had enough for two days, I got different kinds of food, drinks, cake, masa and many others, infact I ate both what I have not eaten before because that was a combination of different cultures and tribes. That was how my Sunday went and how I celebrated with them, it was so fun and memorable that I never wanted it to finish.
