Incident at Hiyoshi Pass.

I was riding to look for Lady Masako but when I was riding through a golden forest, I noticed some peoples were fight beside a hanging bridge that's called Hiyoshi Pass. Later I understood this is a side quest that I almost ignored but I actually couldn't ignore it when I noticed the victims of the battle were some unarmed civilians.

At first I didn't understand much about what was happening there but then I understood some Mongols were attacking some civilians who were passing the hanging bridge and there was a boy stuck in the middle of the bridge.

There was this Mongol right below me who was shooting the boy on the bridge with arrows along with the other archers and I just jumped on him and put my sword in his skull.

I then noticed two more archers just below who didn't notice me taking down one of them. I jumped on anther one and assassinated him when his bow and sword fell below which should alert the other one but he was too dumb to notice so I assassinated him next and all these were stealth.

Then I noticed more archers on the other edges of the cliff so I started climbing up as they'd detect me if I'd use the path below.

There I found this man when some more of them were grieving as their son was stuck on the bridge. I went to speak to the peasant who told me what was happening there.

They were running for Hiyoshi Springs when the bridge looked safe but the Mongols were in the ravines so they started shooting from below. His brother's boy Banta was injured and stuck on the bridge and the Mongols are now using him as bait

Jin asked the peasant to tell his family to stay clear off the bridge as he'll stop this and then I looked at the injured boy when the Mongols were taunting the boy to keep screaming saying his family's leaving him to die.

Now I started assassinating the Mongols on the edges below. There were three of them on three different heights so I started from the upper one and ended with the lower one.

Now I had to take care of the archers who were shooting from the other side of the bridge and I noticed a bee hive just above one of them. Thinking they won't detect me in this way, I shot the bee hive with an arrow and the Mongols detected me and started shooting at me now.

As I'm not so good at shooting arrows yet, I jumped on the river that's a lake at the moment and after swimming to the other side, I started taking down the Mongols one by one.

When I was done taking down the Mongos on the edges of the cliff, I climbed up to end the last ones and I enjoyed killing every last one of them.

Then I ran to the boy to rescue him as he was too scared to get up. After reaching him, Jin asked him to get to his family as its safe now and he thanked me for saving his life.

I followed him on the other side of the bridge and found him crying along with his family. The family was losing tears of joy now as they got their son back in one piece.

I went back to the peasant who asked Jin if the Mongols screamed when I killed them and Jin said suffering is not the peasants concern. Jin suggested the peasant to take his family Hiyoshi Springs now.

Then I went to the middle of the bridge to have some good view from there.

That's all for now. I'll write about more of this story again soon. Be safe till we meet again.
Au revoir/Goodbye.
