Hello Splinterlands summoners and welcome back to my blog! This is the last of the series of posts on Escalation mini set cards. I previously wrote about the Escalation common, rare and epic cards shared in this link. We can test the cards in ghost card challenges and tournaments hosted by the team. In today's post, we'll check out the legendary cards. I already posted about Portia Nyr before so I will not include her in the list of cards.

The legendary cards feature high offense dual attack units and zero mana filler cards. We'll go over them on the order of highest mana.

First is Azr the Relentless. He's an Earth splinter that can play secondary tank because of his Reach ability. He deals two magic and three melee damage, has seven health and impressive six speed. He also debuffs the enemy by decreasing their armor stats by two and decreases his target's speed with Impede.

Next is Vitassent of the Life splinter. He deals three magic and three melee damage. He is also fast with five speed stats. On defense he has two armor and seven health. He can attack with melee from afar with his Charge ability. His Armored Strike ability adds to his offensive kit, enabling him to attack with armor.

Esper Shadowbeak is ideal in first position. He deals three magic and three melee damage but cannot attack with melee from afar. He can fly, making him an ideal unit in Earthquake ruleset. His offensive abilities include Piercing and Determined.

Okora the Devourer has lower attack stats compared to the previous. She only has two range and two magic damage. She also has eight health and five speed. She makes up for it by having more abilities in her kit including Opportunity, Enrage and Bloodlust.

Malthraksis is an Undead Water card. It has two range and two melee damage. He has an armor, eight life and three speed. He can hit with melee from afar with Opportunity ability. He also has a support ability Repair. Being an undead, he can be summoned by HANV who can increase his offense with Double Strike.

Skritka is a Death splinter Rodentian card. It's offense is impressive, dealing three range and four melee. It can attack with melee from afar with Charge ability. It can play tank in some situations because of its Bulwark ability which will give it additional eight health and armor in exchange for decrease in attack by two.
Now we move to the zero mana cards. All of the zero mana cards have the new Bloodline Pact ability. It gives all units of the same bloodline a variation of Bloodlust ability but only increases their attack stats whenever any of them defeat an enemy. It's a powerful ability that can immediately increase their power. However, there is a drawback. They take damage whenever one of their bloodline gets defeated and when the owner of the ability is defeated, they take two damage and lose all their power.

Tilly Gearspring is the Earth card. She deals two melee damage and has the Sneak ability.

Maud Stonefoot is the Water card that deals two magic damage. She is another card that will work well with the Frontier archon, Marlai Singariel.

Kyraseth Nythlarian is a Death card that deals two melee damage and has the Opportunity ability. Being an elf, she can be summoned by Kaylia Silverleaf who will grant her the Execute ability.

Gorvash the Pallid is a Life splinter card that deals two range damage, has four health and great speed of five. He has the Snipe ability in addition to Bloodline Pact.

Thrambo Diamalo is the Fire card that deals two melee damage. He has the Charge ability that enables him to attack with melee from afar.
This completes my series of posts on the new Escalation mini set of cards. The legendary cards are the best as expected. They pack a lot of offense and new abilities Bloodline Pact and Kindred Will. The dual attacks will certainly add more offensive choices in our deck while the zero mana cards give us more options in low mana battles. I hope to get at least any one of these legendary cards.
