Social Media Challenge: Etherite Construct [EN - ESP]
Welcome, dear friends of Splinterlands, to this humble place of mine on Peakd to talk, every week, about our favorite game within the Hive structure. This week we return to the Social Media Challenge with an analysis that will take us to the neutral deck and an epic rarity card that, although it may not catch your attention at first glance, is one of those cards to consider in our strategies. Today I won't spend much more time on the introduction because the analysis will be substantial. Let's get to it with a new weekly analysis of a game card. Let's get started.

Esta semana volvemos al Social Media Challenge con un análisis que nos va a lleva al mazo neutral y a una carta de rareza épica que, aunque en un primer vistazo pueda no llamar la atención, es una de esas cartas a tener en cuenta en nuestras estrategias. Hoy no me entretengo mucho más con la introducción porque el análisis tendrá miga. Vamos al lio con un nuevo análisis semanal de una carta del juego. Comenzamos.
This week I've decided not to keep the unknown and the wait too long, so I'll reveal this week's analysed card: Etherite Construct. The lore that comes to the game with Etherite Construct could perfectly fit in one of those science and universe podcasts that I like to listen to so much. Volviendo a la carta, el lore nos lleva directamente al momento de la gran explosión que dió comienzo a todo y que nos narrará cómo se creó Gem Meteor y, por extensión, la carta de esta semana Etherite Construct. So it's no wonder that the design of this imposing card clearly and obviously reminds us of a comet, meteor or even an asteroid with a face on its front to remind us that it's not just an inanimate rock and that it will cause us extensive grief if we disregard it.

Volviendo a la carta, el lore nos lleva directamente al momento de la gran explosión que dió comienzo a todo y que nos narrará cómo se creó Gem Meteor y, por extensión, la carta de esta semana Etherite Construct. Así no es de extrañar que el diseño de esta imponente carta nos recuerde de manera clara y evidente a un cómeta, a un meteoro o incluso a un asteroide con una cara en su frontal para recordarnos que no es una simple piedra inanimada y que nos va a causar un extenso dolor no tenerla en cuenta.
The actual analysis of Etherite COnstruct's abilities and features show us a Chaos edition card of epic rarity that belongs in the neutral deck with all the advantages that entails for its playability in any strategy that we consider with any deck. I'm going to show it to you in battle at its level 3 evolution. At level 1 it provides one point of ranged attack, of course being an asteroidal spawn, four points of speed and five points of vitality with a summoning cost of five points. It also has Scattetshot as a special ability at its first level. The six levels of evolution will gain him three attack points, his big upgrade, one speed, while his vitality will remain unchanged. He will also gain a special ability: Piercing, but only at his fifth and penultimate upgrade level.
El análisis en si de las habilidades y caracteristicas de Etherite COnstruct nos muestran una carta edición Chaos y de rareza épica que pertenece al mazo neutral con todas las ventajas que eso conlleva para su jugabilidad en cualquier estrategia que nos planteemos con cualquier mazo. Yo te la voy a mostrar en batalla a su nivel 3 de evolución. A nivel 1 aporta un punto de ataque a distancia, como no podía ser de otra manera siendo un engendro asteroidal, cuatro puntos de velocidad y cinco de vitalidad con un coste de invocación de, también, cinco puntos. Ademáss, cuenta con Scattetshot como habilidad especial en su primer nivel. Los seis niveles de evolución le van a hacer ganar tres puntos de ataque, su gran mejora, uno de velocidad mientras que su vitalidad permanecerá inalterable. Ganará, ademáss, una habilidad especial: Piercing aunque, eso sí, en su quinto y penúltimo nivel de mejora.
The battle will be against @lice and will have a summoning mana limit of 33 points. All decks except Aquatic are available, and the battle conditions will be Back to Basics, Shades of Gray, and finally Close Range. Believe it or not, no creature is repeated and I'm going to put Etherite Construct at the bottom of my lineup. Let's take a look at how the match will play out.
La batalla será contra @lice y tendrá como límite de maná de invocación 33 puntos. Todos los mazos, salvo el acuático, están disponibles y como condiciones de batalla se van a presentar Back to Basics, Shades of Gray y, por último, Close Range. As the Back to Basics battle condition entered combat, we were unable to see what effect Scattershot would have had on the battlefield. Although it is also true that its effect would not have been decisive. What did make a difference was its two ranged attack points, which together with its incredible five points of speed meant that Etherite Construct had the honour of being one of the first, if not the first, to launch its attack and abilities each round And you should remember, because I'm sure you already know, that he who strikes first strikes twice. This is the main virtue of Etehrite Construct: its speed and its good attack level to cause the first damage in the opponent's ranks. It is not a card that stands out for its offensive power or for having an exaggerated importance in defence, it shines for its speed and for its good attack level at distance. That's why I said at the beginning of the analysis that it is not a card that catches the eye at first glance but it is a card to take into account in our strategies.
Al entrar en combate la condición de batalla Back to Basics no hemos podido ver el efecto que hubiera tenido Scattershot en el campo de batalla. Aunque también es cierto que su efecto no habría sido determinante. Lo que si han sido determinantes han sido sus dos puntos de ataque a distancia que unidos a sus increibles cinco puntos de velocidad provocan que Etherite Construct tenga el honor de ser de los primeros, si no el primero, en lanzar su ataque y habilidades en cada ronda. Y debes recordar, porque seguro que ya lo sabes, que quien golpea primero golpea dos veces. Esta es la principal virtud de Etehrite Construct: su velocidad y su buen nivel de ataque para causar los primeros daños en las filas rivales. No es una carta que destaque por su poder ofensivo o por tener una importancia exagerada en defensa, brilla por su velocidad y por su buen nivel de ataque a distancia. Por eso te decía al principio del análisis que no es una carta que llame la atención a primera vista pero si es una carta a tener en cuenta en nuestras estrategias.
