Today I want to share with you more healthy ways to make and enjoy your pancakes š„ either as a breakfast or snacks for the family or loved ones, incorporating vegetables š„ of any kind .
It has been a while I made pancakes to share with you, and as I crave some this Sunday, I decided to incorporate some vegetables into it for vitamins and nourishment, with the addition of some added soy milk š„ which made it soft and smooth in texture, giving it a lovely healthy finishing.
The lettuce š„¬and cherry tomatoes is my choice of vegetable but you can choose vegetable of your choice and prepare this recipe in your own version.
Here are the simple steps we take in preparing this veggies wrap pancake š„ snacks.
150 g of all purpose flour
1 large cherry tomatoes
Fresh Lettuce š„¬
2 tablespoons of premium sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1:4 salt1/4 cinnamon
Pure vegetable oil
1/2 glass of soy milk.
Step 1.
I will start by mixing the flour with all dry ingredients added.
Step 2.
Will stir in the dry ingredients properly.
Step 3.
I will add the soy milk gradually to obtain a smooth batter.
Step 4.
Once the batter is ready, I will heat up some drops of vegetable oil, then gradually scoop in some batter into the frying pan š³
And will allow to fry to dry at the edges, then flip over to fry up.
Step 5.
Gradually will fry up the batter.
Step 6.
Next it to wash and sterilize the lettuce š„¬ and tomatoes, slicing them.
Step 7.
And will go on to add the veggies on the pancakes

Then will wrap the veggies š„ pancakes holding with a toothpick stick.
This is really looks appetizing, delicious and irresistible. A pancake for snacking with veggies. Yummy and healthy. Its simple to make and very satisfying. You need to give this recipe a trial .
