COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Communication is the interaction between two or more people, either for pleasantries, for ideas, and even for threat and yeah don't be surprise (coded Information can be used as private communication) . Communication is wide.
It is the most easiest thing people have thought, but yet it's a hard part of life we human neglect or refuse to invest in.

In any engagements with human (either business, school, dating, marriage and more) what could keep that relationship intact and of value is the power of communication.
(I talk, you listen and vice versa).

I personally was an introverted person but everything changed when I had the best opportunity at the tip of my fingers but because I couldn't speak up that favourable opportunity slide away at my very eyes, carrying that deceitful mindset of "ehh another opportunity will still come".
After that very mistake that cost me a year to stay at home, not speaking up and asking for latest information and grow knowledge, I caution myself not to repeat this mistake ever again.

Fast forward to today, I created a unique way in mingling and setting out discussion amongst relevant peers by indirectly dropping critical issues and waiting to hear how it can be handled so that next time when similar occurance appear I will tackle it.
I invested kind and genuine words during every of my conversations, not just for anything but to buy the other person's attention and support.

There're periods where conversation go wrongly maybe the one party is adamant for adjustment instead of forcefully insisting I think it's best we give arms length and let them learn the hard way. It was not hour choice but theirs.

In life, the word correction shouldn't be accommodated/should not be prioritised instead no matter what learn from the mistakes of others so that you can avoid making the same mistake

Communication is by practice, learn how to talk to people. With this I rarely loose out on great minds that come around in my life, not matter your ethnicity or tribe, knowledge doesn't know that there's tribalism sentiment.

When your act of communicating is not effective there will be lack of understanding, increase in distrust which leads to broken relationships or termination of engagement.

There's another thing communication improves and that's "greetings" some people don't know how to greet neither do they know the worth, I was once told that greetings should not be only designated to elderly people but even to your colleagues either of same age or even lesser, you're just trying to be civilised but though if now misused in what we call "over familiarity " maturity steps in, in handling such situation.

Communication matters with approach, matters with response and matters with words.
A kind gesture can be made but in a rude tone, that is an aspect of communicating but it ends with misunderstanding and disappointment.

Every leader that master the art of communication when properly checked you would found out they are calm, well humbled and warmly approachable.
