There is an adage that says together we stand divided we fall.
Working together makes work easy.

Before I move further let's know the meaning of division of labour
The dictionary defines Division of Labor as the separation of a work process into a number of tasks, with each task performed by a separate person or group of persons.
It is can also be defined as the separation of activities and specialized allocation to different individuals, whether in an economic context involving the splitting of complex tasks into simpler ones for increased productivity.

Having known the meaning of Division of Labor let's dive into the main stuff proper.

Division means sharing, labour means work. So I'd say that division of labor simply means sharing of work or duties to groups of people or individuals.
As a young Christian we were always asked to come out to help in the sweeping of the church and i can remember vividly some days I'm privileged to go to church to sweep I'll noticed that the times people came out enmass we were able to finish the church sweeping faster compare to when it was just a single person or only a few persons that would turn out.
At home when my siblings all leave to school and its just I and my parents and grandmother at home I tend to get tired so easily because after doing all the house chores I'll just break down 😔. But the times my siblings comes back for school break I rarely get so tired and exhausted because there are plenty hands to do the work.
Working alone could be tiring sometimes.
And when this happens I remember a quote by an English philosopher Thomas Morus that says No man is an island
And I can't agree less with him.

Having more people to work on a particular job has a way of making that job come out good especially if the people given are purpose driven and they know exactly what to do.
It's also said that two good heads are better than one(emphasis on two good head) because it's possible for a job or work to get spoilt in the hands of unserious minded or lazy individuals. So I'd add that no matter how division of labour makes work easier and faster if it's done by two or more bad individuals the job will come out less productive.
The outcome, results, end point or productivity of something depends on the fertile contributions two or more sound individuals can offer.

Division of Labor fosters togetherness. There is this bonding that comes with working together. A synergy that you can't fathom, explain or understand.
The Bible says two cannot work together except they agree, inasmuch as division of labour is good the two parties(if divided into groups) must prepare to work together in other to bring something good from the work given.

I can remember one time in our choir rehearsals where our choir director divided us into groups of five persons each, asking us to compose a simple but unique verse of a song, although i was wondering how that was even going to be possible but within the twinkle of an eye my group came up with something, and till now that is the verse that is being used each that that song is to sunged in church, this happened way back 2017 but it's still fresh in my memory.
The verse of the song was easy to composed because we had good heads coming together to create something.

I will end by saying that indeed Division of labour and the power of togetherness cannot be over emphasized, they work and in hand(Paripasu) 👏

Antes de continuar, conozcamos el significado de la división del trabajo.
El diccionario define la división del trabajo como la separación de un proceso de trabajo en una serie de tareas, cada una de las cuales es realizada por una persona o grupo de personas separadas.
También se puede definir como la separación de actividades y la asignación especializada a diferentes individuos, ya sea en un contexto económico que implica la división de tareas complejas en otras más simples para aumentar la productividad.

Habiendo conocido el significado de División del Trabajo, profundicemos en lo principal propiamente dicho.

División significa compartir, trabajo significa trabajo. Entonces yo diría que la división del trabajo simplemente significa compartir el trabajo o los deberes entre grupos de personas o individuos.
Como joven cristiano, siempre nos pedían que saliéramos a ayudar a barrer la iglesia y puedo recordar vívidamente algunos días en los que tengo el privilegio de ir a la iglesia a barrer. Me di cuenta de que las veces que la gente salía en masa, pudimos para terminar de barrer la iglesia más rápido en comparación con cuando solo asistía una sola persona o solo unas pocas personas.
En casa, cuando todos mis hermanos se van a la escuela y solo estamos yo, mis padres y mi abuela, tiendo a cansarme muy fácilmente porque después de hacer todas las tareas de la casa me derrumbo 😔. Pero cuando mis hermanos regresan durante las vacaciones escolares, rara vez me canso y agoto tanto porque hay muchas manos para hacer el trabajo.
Trabajar solo a veces puede resultar agotador.
Y cuando esto sucede recuerdo una cita de un filósofo inglés Thomas Morus que dice Ningún hombre es una isla
Y no puedo estar menos de acuerdo con él.

Tener más personas para trabajar en un trabajo en particular tiene una manera de hacer que ese trabajo salga bien, especialmente si las personas asignadas tienen un propósito y saben exactamente qué hacer.
También se dice que dos buenas cabezas son mejores que una (énfasis en dos buenas cabezas) porque es posible que un trabajo o trabajo se arruine en manos de personas poco serias o perezosas. Entonces agregaría que no importa cómo la división del trabajo haga que el trabajo sea más fácil y rápido, si lo realizan dos o más personas malas, el trabajo resultará menos productivo.
El resultado, los resultados, el punto final o la productividad de algo depende de las contribuciones fértiles que dos o más individuos sólidos puedan ofrecer.

La división del trabajo fomenta la unión. Existe este vínculo que surge al trabajar juntos. Una sinergia que no puedes sondear, explicar o entender.
La Biblia dice que dos no pueden trabajar juntos a menos que estén de acuerdo, ya que la división del trabajo es buena, las dos partes (si están divididas en grupos) deben prepararse para trabajar juntos en otro para obtener algo bueno del trabajo realizado.

Recuerdo una vez en nuestros ensayos del coro donde nuestro director del coro nos dividió en grupos de cinco personas cada uno, pidiéndonos que compusiéramos una estrofa simple pero única de una canción, aunque me preguntaba cómo eso iba a ser posible pero dentro del En un abrir y cerrar de ojos, a mi grupo se le ocurrió algo, y hasta ahora ese es el verso que se usa cada vez que se canta esa canción en la iglesia, esto sucedió allá por 2017, pero aún está fresco en mi memoria.
El verso de la canción fue fácil de componer porque teníamos buenas cabezas unidas para crear algo.

Terminaré diciendo que, de hecho, no se puede dejar de enfatizar la división del trabajo y el poder de la unión, funcionan y están en la mano (Paripasu) 👏
