Social Immorality Based on Personal Decisions

As the world evolves, we have many things evolving alongside with it as well and it's so sad to see that they are on the opposite side of how the world is evolving. Just like an article I wrote yesterday talking about how technology has made the world a better place and an easy life to live but then the rate at which humans have changed morally from being good to bad is alarming.

We have passed the days when moral values holds high esteem to people and no one would ever wanna be seen on the opposite side of being a good person even if you have to pretend to live it.
Nowadays, no one even cares how you see them as long as they are doing what brings money to their pockets, most especially on social media platforms that offers monetization.
Can we say it's bad having technology to rebuild a life we once lived with no fun? Absolutely no, because it has only come to aid us and it now fully depends on how we make use of it.

Just yesterday, I was coming from a store where I went to get some items and on getting to my street, I saw some teenagers playing football and at some point they were about fighting one another. I had no option than to interfere and say "hey! Stop that" and I never knew they would actually stop with that statement because of the way the society has become now. No one respects the other and teenagers would likely disrespect an elder who interferes in what doesn't concerns them. So I was partially surprised at how they stopped instantly and still said thank you ma.

So practically, we can say that as decading as the society may be, as spoilt as our social media platforms may be showing, we still have people with good morals that will not be influenced by the bad evolvement around them and this is to establish the fact that whatever the world has become today is an individual decision and our contributions. Not because of parental upbringing or the availability of these social media platforms but the blame is on us individually and we must take responsibilities for the consequences of our actions.
