Being Good Starts With Being Conscious

Being good is actually so good and it is something worth of emulation if we wish to be good, no matter how worse we may think we are.

No one is born being good but we only have the power of choice to choose who we want to become. Either to be a good person or ve a bad person and that's why you would see some people when they get upset at how they are being taken for granted for being good, they start saying they want to switch to being bad cos that's the only way they won't be treated badly and if care is not taken, he or she is gonna really turn bad.
Did that happen because he or she was originally a bad person and was hiding it before just to give people a wrong impression about them? Let's go further as I give answer to that.

Just like I do say, no one is or was born being good and as there is day and night, light and darkness, good and evil, been created by God, so are we in possession of good and bad choices of which we are left with our mantle to choose what part we want to be.

If you're bad and willing to become a good person then there is always a room for change which brings me to the point of saying that being good can actually be learnt. It can be built consciously and deliberately if the intended person is really willing to be good. Only after then can it now turn to be a subconscious act, when you have overrided the bad part of you with being good.

What are the traits of a good person? They're easy and simple to depuct and identify. You won't find a good person working on bringing another person down either in words or actions, they are always after the peace and good well-being of people around them, they are not selfish to shun others from rising through them and many more and even in their absence, people can still talk about them with happiness radiating on their faces. It's just as easy as not hurting people either consciously or subconsciously.

For instance, I went to an event today which was a 50th birthday party and at some point, the Master of Ceremony (MC) asked people to come and say one or two things about the celebrant. There was one thing I was able to drive from their whole tributes and all that which is the fact that she cares about everyone around her and she is humble.... No matter how people may want to paint you good to your face, 2 or 3 testified saying same thing can't be a coincidence.

This shows that the celebrant is a good person and this is just one out of many ways we can qualify a person for being good even though some people's closet acts are always different from the acts they showcase outside just to earn the badge of a good person which still validate my point that being good can be deliberately done and can be learnt.
