My Bank Experience

I visited the bank today and it was completely stress free, and honestly speaking, when I compared it to what I used to go through before, my recent experience feels like a dream.

There was a time you would leave your house early in the morning just to make a simple complaint, and before you even realise it, the whole day is gone. The worst part it is that, the bank would stop letting people in so they could attend to those already inside, and after waiting for hours, you might still be told to come back the next day. That experience was so so frustrating.

Out of frustration, I decided to try another bank. I just wanted to see if things could be any better. To my greatest surprise, what I had struggled to fix for almost a year at my previous bank was resolved by the new bank in just one week and without any stress. I was shocked to my bone.

If you were in my shoes, what would you have done? At that moment, I realised that I needed to make changes. I did not think twice before switching to another bank. I withdrew everything I had from the old bank, and that was the end of discussion.

Since then it has been a completely different experience. Any issues I have, within minutes it would be resolved. I go to my bank with peace of mind.

I love everything about this new bank, there customer care service is top notch. The manager was so humble and has this kind way of attending to customers, no matter who you are. He's always smiling and would make sure that everyone will be attended to, and that was one of the deal breaker for me.

When I got to the bank today, I noticed someone else sitting on the manager's seat. I could not hold but asked what happened to the manager, the cashier that I asked told me that he had just been transferred. I told the cashier that I really hoped that the new manager will be just as nice and humble as the former manager and he nodded his head in the affirmative.

And I have been recommending people to the bank, even today I recommended someone to them. I have come to realise through this experience that things can actually be better with just one bad experience.

Thanks for stopping by @sarahbaby blog. I really appreciate your time.
